OK, so I have another question! Yay...

so anyway, I have finished the part where you have to go to Cid and give him the gummi piece, then Sora sees the Grandma talking about light in children and stuff. So after all that, I went to the World map and Goofy says that we have to revisit worlds.

So yeah, I've been revisiting some worlds but how do I get to the next world?
It doesn't allow me to go to the next warp hole thing so yeah and I haven't been to Halloween Town so I can't go to Hollow Bastion yet.. :(

 

the revisit the worlds line is a just a random reminder about how you have new trinities that might prove useful in earlier worlds. Not to mention new tournaments and any keyholes if you never sealed them (Like at Traverse Town?).

Go ahead and finish Halloween Town.

I'm surprized that you never went to Holloween Town. It will be the top one in the second ring of worlds. And BTW there is a missable red trinity in HT so be on the look out.

Here is my advice on the world revisits though you will soon gain access to the final trinity in HB. Once you get it leave then and do your revisits.

I've completed Halloween Town and just finished the Hercules Cup... so how do I get to Hollow Bastion?
Theres one ring attached to Neverland but whenevr I click on it, it doesn't let me go in so um... is there anything else I need to do?

 

Well you can't warp to those. Go to either Holoween Town or Neverland and do a normal flight.
