How to increase Sora's attack damage? (RE CoM) what should i do?

Well, Sora's attack cards have different card values.

For example:

Divine Rose

Strike: A+
Thrust: D-
Combo Finish: C
Swing Speed: A
Element: Physical
Break Recovery: B
Required CP: C

For attack damage you would want to look for the value of "Strike." The higher the letter grade, the higher the attack power.

There is a specific room card in that lets you upgrade cards, it's called, Premium Room.

And actually, the Strike rating just shows what kind of damage the KeyBlade does when Sora swings it that way. When he does a Thrust-like motion, it does damage equivalent to the Thrust rating. Combo Finish is the kind of damage he would do when he finishes a combo, and it also does one level higher than what the journal says (A 'B' rating actually does 'B+' damage, a 'C+' actually does 'B' level damage, etc.).

Of course, Stock Techniques do way more damage and are way more effective in general.
