How do you make a website?

I want to learn how to make a website but all of the websites I go to ha ve bad instrustions can sombody please explain it to me?

 

Hm... Well, I hope this isn't considered advertising, but I think you're allowed to post a link to a site as long as it pertains to the thread and it will help someone.

I use www.Freewebs.com It's pretty basic, but it's very easy to use and I enjoy it.

Yes please and for some reason everytime I try to upload something it dosen't work.

 

Yea I get the same problem every time i go to upload summit

 

Well, when you first sign up, you can't upload anything for 7 days, but you can always just embedd music into your site with HTML codes.

But, I have been having trouble with uploads lately.
