Full Metal Alchemist: Soruno's return

@ Mod's this is an FMA and Death note crossover

Plot: 5 years after Ed and Al wiped out the threat of the homunculi there was an alchemist called Soruno. He is massive chaos about the Military. Among him was his only ally. A shimigami. With that he killed high ranking leaders of the government. Sgt. Mustang has called up 12 alchemists to search the surrounding countries.

Rules:
1. no godmodding.
2. you must follow the law of equivalent exchange.
3. don't criticize people like me for not knowing the ending of the show.
4. you cannot kill another's character without permission or if they haven't responded in the fight within 48 hours.
5. Do not give Soruno your character's real name.
6. You must use aliases when on missions
7. In the OOC format you must use your character's real name but Soruno(me) will not use the death note unless you have not responded within the 48 hour limit.
