Sharted is no thing to say... it is a degrading word. But at the same time it is funny, I'm glad this is the spam section. Spam is a meat. Did you know that? I've heard from several sources that it tastes rather disgusting, although I've never tried it myself. Honestly I plan on never trying it, I'm not into that whole fad diets stuff. Plus, I'm as skinny as a rake so I don't need to diet anyway. So overall, I don't know why I ever made this post.
