the time is 2021. the old Kira (Light Yagami) was caught and executed. that was 10 years ago. the world was at peace.... until a notebook fell from the sky and into the hands of a man/woman. that man/woman saw Kira as justice. he/she started killing criminals as Kira did. the world needs L again. will L and the Task Force be able to stop Kira in time?
