But Lappy, what is just exactly The Jakyou Manor? The Jakyou Manor is a stream oriented those who are into musical composition or just into music itself. I shall stream myself composing musical pieces and maybe shine some light on my ways of working as you are free to join and chat with me. I might also stream myself doing some Photoshop one of these days. Why “The Jakyou Manor”? Because I like Shin Megami Tensei references (Jakyou Manor is also known as the Cathedral of Shadows, where demons gather AKA where you fuse them in the mainline SMTs). c: Will this actually happen or…? We’ll see. I need to test my sampler/DAW without the drivers which take all the audio sources and focus it on the DAW, and hope it doesn’t has enough popping when streaming/The CPU doesn’t implodes. I also still need to setup my streaming site account. I will keep you updated if any technical or personal difficulties arise. When this will start, and how often? It will start in around… A week and half maybe, providing everything works right, I have fully learned to use my new DAW (I'm changing it) and I have my upgraded PC by then. It will be streamed as often as I feel like doing (I have to be inspired in order to do a musical piece, after all) Where will it be? I have though in streaming it on Justin.tv. The mask does not laugh; it only smiles, even if under it there is a man crying. No matter what I do, get, say or think, I’m still unhappy because everything that did before haunts me to no end, even if it was an incredibly small mistake. And I’m tired of slamming my head against the wall for no reason. I still feel something is still missing on my life and I still feel completely empty inside, no matter how many physical possessions, achievements on life, or whatever I get. I still feel like an useless piece of a human being because I’m unable to make anyone truly happy or I feel I’m useless for helping. This is something I tried to hide behind a smile, but everytime I do I end up crashing and burning harder and harder. And I’m unable to say a word of it in my house, because the moment I do = My mother’s condition worsens (I’m not saying I want her to stop caring about me, but there’s a difference between worrying until you get sick and occupying oneself trying to fix the situation). I have a serious inferiority problem too. I don’t believe in myself at all or think I can achieve anything important, no matter how much proof there is of it. And with good reason too, as I feel no matter how much I try, I can’t stand out. Yesterday night I cried myself to sleep, as those horrible thoughts arose on my head again, they tell me how truly worthless I am and how little I have progressed. In the words of Freddie Mercury “I don’t wanna die (But) sometimes I wish I never be born at all” I’m saying I want to live, but not like this. Not like this. I’m so emotionally unstable; lately I’ve been become so irate at the smallest stimulus and I switch moods so oftenly. So lost; I don’t know where I’m heading or if I’m even heading somewhere. So… Deplorable, pathetic. I live in a state where only pain or suffering can make me feel awake. Somebody… Please… Help me. I think I’m going to break up, cry and scream in pain again. I feel like I'm about to explode again. (Sorry if I change the context of my problems too often, when I vent out I tend to not make sense, I tried to read this as many times as possible to see if I was making sense but yeah... I'm looking at it from my point of view)
Trying to come up with interesting discussion topics is hard. Also did not know where to post this so if anybody feels like moving this to the Spam Zone feel free. I’ll start with a little story of mine. Basically a few years ago I suffered of OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder for those not acronym-savvy), and I was up to a point where eating meat produced horrible thoughts on my head. Up to this day these thoughts continue to rise everytime I see meat or attempt to eat it. Basically these thoughts say that eating meat was the same as eating what I am composed of, and everytime I see meat I don’t see it as meat, I see body parts, limbs, organs… What I’m composed of. Obviously this doesn’t applies to vegetables as I’m not composed of roots and leaves, or eggs, milk or honey as you don’t explicitly kill animals to get those out (And humans don’t produce those specifically). So yeah, that’s my story, so my question is, do you feel the same, or is for another reason you are a vegetarian? Or if you aren’t, are you feeling fine with eating meat? Sometimes I really wish I could back to eating meat but these thoughs keep coming back over and over. And I'm really tired of my remaining OCD. Don’t be afraid, I can understand completely (Open mind for a different view, after all).

Second, I don’t know if international bands are allowed but given I saw some posts talking about Japanese bands/singers well… Yeah… Third, I am not so sure if YT links are allowed, I saw some people posting them, so I think it should be fine. So yeah, terribly sorry if I have made a mistake of sorts (Yes, I did read the rules of this section, but one can still make mistakes). So who wants to talk about this band? I just discovered it literally yesterday, it’s a Neoclassical/Power Metal South American (YAY NATIONALITY PRIDE) band which what I listened so far, reminds me of a lighter version of Yngwie Malmsteen’s Rising Force. Some examples, to give an idea (The lyrics are in Spanish, but are safe for work, no swearing) also with my horrible translation (Because I don't feel like altering them to make them rhyme) in english of the first’s verse lyrics: La leyenda del Hada y el Mago (The legend of the Fairy and the Magician) “Tale tells of a magician Who in his enchanted forest he cried Even though of his magic He couldn’t find love at all The moon his only friend It gave him the strength to withstand All the pain he felt Because of his great solitude” La Llave De La Puerta Secreta (The Secret Door’s Key) “Hidden in some forest A door you will find It’s power it’s the way That can transform us” El Reino Olvidado (The Forgotten Kingdom) “Today that the men are lost In the domains of darkness From eternity They will return The old kings Will come with the tempest” So, that’s it, enjoy, or not, it’s your tastes and I can’t change them lol. Hopefully you can enjoy this as much as I do though.

Original screenshot is literally one of the first things that came when I typed "Kil la Kill" In a search engine lol. For those who don't know what a Vector is (Because you didn't look at my first one), I take a screenshot and recreate it using only the colors as a base and the image as a guide, but I took a few liberties. Garchomp: LOLFAIRIES *Poison Jab/Iron Head/Earthquake* Still not feeling the musical inspiration so let’s do this in the meantime. Listened to “The Call of Ktulu” by Metallica while making these. First one I opened one of my .PSDs to study and followed it loosely (Did not have the same resources, did not use the same stock, had some liberties, etc). I find the background... Interesting, on top of my head, I took a sand picture, added some star brushes and smudged it, then lots of weird gradient maps and adjustments, then added a filter and blacked out what I did not like. It actually feels more of an experiment than anything lol. Second one is a typical Laplace colorsplosion because well, I like making colorsplosions and if I’m not having fun or learning something new while making these I don’t see the point lol. It's really something I made out in 10-15 minutes. Sorry if it looks too bright too, tried turning down the brightness but then it turns out too dark for my taste. Comment and Critique as usual appreciated and thanked for. I know these may not be my strongest pieces ever but even with the dedication and habit of making these everyday but without the inspiration and CnC I can rarely get out of the first steps.

The source picture itself is Low Quality because I took a screencap of one of his performances, because I couldn’t find a good HQ picture of him holding THAT TRIPLE-NECKED GUITAR and I really wanted to make this. As before, this is an experiment to step out of my comfort zone. CnC is appreciated, welcomed and thanked for, as usual. Yeah I know the colors are probably too strong (Because the original’s picture’s colors were kind of washed out) and the Pentooling probably takes attention from Vai himself to the guitar. That’s why I’m posting this, so I can get some critique and improve on this piece. Or at the least take some notes for the next piece. c:
Title is yet again, not related to this, I am listening to that song lol. Did this today because I wasn't inspired musically, so I played some Pokemon Y and was inspired to make this. Trying something different from my colorsplosion style. Also experimenting with a minimalistic style. Most of this signature was made by the color adjustements itself, actually, it has less than 20 layers of things (If you don't include all the duplicated layers I do incase I mess something up). I consider coloring the strong point of this one. Also, I know text is barely readable, but I had barely space to work with the clipping masks. <_< CnC is as usual appreaciated.

Wish I could have done more but that Valentine image was the only decent quality one I got off the intro + Those are the only HQ Xrd images I found while looking around that I didn't use yet. And GOD DAMN I'M EITHER INCREDIBLY RUSTY OR NEED TO STEP OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE. I have been so absorbed in my music I've barely had time to embrace my other artistic side.
(Random KH-Blogs thread, ignore if you don’t care) First of all, about my sudden absence, here’s what happened. A few days ago, my computer starting resetting itself at random, radarada, I sent it for repairs; person said the video card and motherboard were busted because they were picking up a lot of heat. I go to the person I’m used to sending it to (Don’t ask me why I sent it to a different person, I am open to trying out new things). Booted it up in front of said person… And tada, computer was working perfectly fine, no heat, no resetting, all I needed was some cleaning, which the other person did. So yeah, what should been a 4-day-at-most cleaning turned into a week-ordeal of taking the computer here, there and everywhere. Alternatively, I’m just too shy and I don’t have much to talk about. Or I can be seen as a person who likes to stockpile on stuff to talk about before talking about it in order to not kill the conversation too fast. (End KH-Blogs post) Oh yeah, I played a lot of A Link Between Worlds to pass the time. With a side-dish of SMTIV. Would easily recommend both but SMTIV can be only recommended to true SMT fans (AKA those who pay with limbs for demons, but still the game has a cool, Devil Survivor-like fusion system, basically you pick the skills while fusing and can overwrite skills). I haven’t played much of it but from what I played it is pretty good, though. So yeah, that was my end-year to new year week, how was yours? c: Don't ask why I felt like posting a topic like this, I just felt like doing so haha.

Just please be kind and do say if you are going to use one for your Skype/This forum so somebody else doesn't use it too. :l Also I used those PhotoShop Actions Misty shared back then for most of these, so I guess I can't take all the credit for these. Haha. If you'd like one on a bigger/smaller size do tell me and I guess I can try to make it to your like, but I can't promise anything.
