Love it or hate it? I saw it this last Tuesday and was pretty dissapointed. While it had its funny moments, it was nowhere near as hillarious as I thought it would be. I mean, the guys who made Super Bad were responsible for it? I expect a higher level of vulgarity and lulz from them ): Thoughts on it?
Yeah, so what is up with his new CD? First of all, I didn't even know he had one...I was looking in the K section at the store the otherday and it totally caugh me by surprise. I haven't listened to him in years. I've been listening to it and thus far I can't tell if I like it or not? Same with Goldfrapp's Seventh Tree. They're just kinda, there...not particularly good in my opinion. As far as Seventh Tree is concerned, I really think they wasted her voice :'P Thoughts?
Yeah so bascially it is amazing. I got it yesterday. AHHH I love it so far. I'm almost out of the Artaud Theater. Or so I hope xD;; Edit: I have since beaten the Caliban. Damn that thing was obnoxious. I have no idea why people disliked the plot and all...I am really into it<3 Travis Grady is officially the sexiest trucker alive. Anyway, I suppose it should be noted that there are a few glitches on the PS2 version. For one, the music/SFX will randomly cut out. But it just makes the game all the creepier IMO. The annoying thing is that the triangle map button is slow to react, and sometimes requires multiple presses to open the map. That is not fun when there are many enemies closing in on you. Also, there is not brightness option to my knowledge (not that I've ever even had to use it in the past games) but here, the otherworld (and normal) is SO dark that it makes it NEARLY impossible to see things that are on the ground because the flashlight is so much higher up. I've had to consult a walkthrough several times to find health drinks (many of which I still couldn't find) and ammo simply because it's so damn hard to see them. So while I commend them on the darkness, make the stuff reflective or something xD;; (Sure does make the game so much harder...) Speaking of the scenery...This game does the best job with the otherworld by far! It is just amazing; things are so dirty, bloody, dusty & gross everywhere. It is so consitent. I really like what they did with it. Infact, when I first entered the dark Achemilla Hospital I could not even see anything; it took my eyes a while to adjust to the way everything looked. It's really fabulous. I personally am not crazy about the breaking weapons, I'd rather have some that break and some (like a pipe) that don't. But that's just my opinion. This style of combat makes it much harder when things break in mid-fight. But, on the bright side he uses his fists instead which comes in handy. (Weak as he is) Some enemies are incredibly hard to avoid (like those doll things), others (the harness ones) are easy. I actually am finding myself REALLY liking the nurse designs. In fact, I like them enough to consider making one of those instead of an SH2 nurse for my cosplay. We'll see. The Carrion things are obnoxious when they charge you but I really like their design. The straight jackets are really quite a challenge. Not sure why everyone whines about them looking too much like the Lying Figures from SH2. They are COMPLETELY different. They vomit acid in big globs that are often hard to avoid, much more so than the acid that the Lying Figures emitted. Also, these are SO much faster...They're kind of obnoxious to have to maneuver around in the streets because they actually follow you. And they're quick. Which sucks when Travis needs to slow down because he gets tired. Lisa still looks like a crackwhore. AND I FOUND SOMEHTING to prove my Lisa=Paris Hilton theory. In the theatre she says: I wanna be an actress blahblahblah. Just thought it was funny xD; But yeah, that's just in brief. Basically, the game is incredible and I cannot stop playing it. After I post this, it's off to play once again haha. I'm still figuring out what all the creatures mean. It is really fun! My final verdict for anyone who isn't sure whether or not to purchase the game: BUY IT. You will be very happy that you did : ) They have perfected the art of the otherworld. Anyone else have this game on the PS2? Or PSP?? Thoughts?

Title says all. Just wondering if anyone here is doing the IB program and what they plan on doing their essay on. I'm writing mine in french (hey it was that or the civil war so...) Gotta wonder how people do it for math. I'd rather die x_x' If not, then just IB stuff in general. Junior year has gotten so bad lately. Yeah, so not exactly pertinent to KH but I haven't posted here in a while so... :3 Ok obviously not finished, but I think I'll work on other stuff for a while. This one is really just a practice for my future drawings, it was my first attempt @ her and no reference picture was used. (Hence why the sling is wrong and her corset bit is kinda off) CnC not really nessicary, I know what sucks about this one :'P (as in basically everything seeing as it is a first try...) But any encouraging words or stuff you'd like to see done differently might be nice~ Oh and um, for those of you not familiar with Miss Galvin, she is severely disproportional so that bit is at least accurate :)
I searched and was surprised to not find a thread about this already in existence... I must admit, this movie was simply fantastic. I usually am very critical of movies because let's face it: the majority of them nowadays are just terrible...and with movies being so expensive, who wants to waste time&money on all those bad ones!? Anyway...it was a really cute story, and as unrealistic as it was, it remained believeable. I personally like the somewhat unknown actors in it, they play the parts well. And the kid is just too cute :)!! The music was really good too... It feels like it lasts a long time, but it is so enjoyable that you don't ever want it to end! So anyone else seen it? What'd you think?
Ok so who else is excited about In Rainbows?! Better not be another Kid A type ._. I'm hoping for OK Computer : D They are revolutionizing the way CDs will be sold. Seriously, this whole idea of skipping the record company is ingenious. See their contract ran out so they decided, 'hey why even bother with a record label at all!?' You pay what you want to for the CD. Yes that means the possibility of downloading it for free off of their official website. But please, give them something for it...they really deserve it. It comes out on the 10th. Discs will be available in December.

ITT Claymore....GO!! Friend got me addicted to it and ended up watching all 18 in a day~ (anon delivered...!) 19 comes out tomorrow...I still haven't touched the manga yet D: I believe the anime comes out every Wedensday, and the same for the manga but I could be wrong... It's kinda one of those amazing unknown series, like Last Exile. Gorgeous character designs & you seriously cannot help love them. It's not your average corny series with a bad plot where there are ALWAYS happy endings, it's full of action but it still keeps an interesting storyline. It's a bit gorey, but nothing in bad taste. Has a long exposition but you really don't notice it because you just want to know what will happen next. I will admit it is really sad at points... But anyway, the theme and ending songs are great too. (Takes a bit of listening to them to appreciate them) If anyone is looking for an incredible, actionpacked series that's fairly new, Claymore is for you >D Thoughts? Anyone here watch?

My question is: has Kingdom Hearts 1 Final Mix Volume 4 not come out yet? If it has, where can I buy it!?!?!? Since the cover of Kingdom Hearts 1 FINAL MIX 3 looks the same as regular Kingdom Hearts 1 Volume 4, I was completely confused and thought that KH1 FM Volume 4 was the same as the regular... Hey has anyone expirienced it before? Id love to read your deja vu/psychic expiriences...I was watching Medium last night and thought to myself "wonder if anyone on KHVids has this gift" :p Ive had a crapload of deja vu things, and everytime it happens it always freaks me out 0_0 Im always thinking: maybe we do really live in the Matrix xDDD Theres no other plausible explaination that Ive come up with? Any ideas? As far as psychic stuff goes, I have expirienced it once when I was younger. I was asleep and I awoke to see my dad at the end of my bed. I wasnt scared, but rather I just fell back asleep. Hes been dead since I was 3:( . Im positive I wasnt dreaming because when I told my mom and described his shirt, she said he wore it on his 40th birthday [something that I couldnt have known about !] It was really strange... So, who else is really excited about LPs new cd? I LOVE that one song from it, and I really like how bennington isnt exclusivly screaming because when he ACTUALLY sings, he has a beautiful voice. Anyone else hate it? I do...I LOVE science, but Chem? DO NOT WANT I really am so bad at it, im not even sure why; the stuff really is easy. Maybe I dont study enough, idk...Even the gas laws are driving me insane at this point. My chem teacher is derranged; she talks to herself & doesnt teach us anything Due to the lack of teachers in general they cant fire her and shes been there forever. So yeah Im basically just angsting about chem in general I suppose...
