"Lets see...Olympus, tournament...Heroes get more than they bargained for when...Wait is this on?" The keyblade wielders found themselves on a largely unassuming platform with very few remarkable features other than a screen at one end of it. On it was an icon filled with anonymity and a voice blared out from it. Seemingly, the voice on the other end of it was the most confused here. "H-hold on! I didn't think it would work this time! I'd been trying to contact you for...Well a while! Just...just hold on!" The panicked voice clattered and clanged on the other end for a few seconds, complete with a screech of tires, a crash, and a cat meow.

The screen finally flickered on to reveal a somewhat familiar face on the other end of the screen. A man with white hair and a red and blue fashion sense. Celio, obviously. It couldn't have been any other. The man cleared his throat, and began to speak once again now sounding entirely different. "Hey there, I've brought you here for a bit of an experiment." Celio said. "You're probably a bit confused, so i'll do a bit of a one time explanation. I'm the caretaker of this place, The World Record. You can call me Archive. I'm sort of a chronicler that keeps track of everything that's happened. I've uh...borrowed the appearance of one of your comrades to make you feel more comfortable, but taking the appearance of someone in your group still would just make things confusing, so i'll try to avoid that. This may not have been the best one to start with though..." Archive silently mused over something to himself. "Anyways, I need your help. You see, I'm an observer, nothing more. I see everything that happens, but all i can do is watch. I have no idea how accurate to life these recreations are. So i need brave warriors like yourselves to take up arms against them and see if they feel real. (note, not only warriors need apply). If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Otherwise, we can get down to business. Oh, and don't worry, you'll be compensated quite handsomely for your time."

In the world record, Archive will generate recreations of various trying encounters. Some of them may not even have been yours. Battle against various bosses to earn rewards. Only one instance of a boss fight will be running at a time. If you lose, there's no harm. Non-temporary items used in the attempt will be refunded.

    Hello, my name is Beucefilous

You might recognize me from various sections such as; the role-playing arena and the role-playing arena again but maybe in a different thread.

With the recent site addition of munny, people now have a currency to keep me from freeloading on banner requests. However, I'll show them what true freeloading is.

I'm poor and have no munny, but will be needing a lot of banners in a short amount of time. I've recently purchased a banner through likes, which is 100 likes for a single banner. Please save me from the fate of ten thousand likes. Your kindness would be ever so appreciated.

    Chapter One: Fledglings of Silver

    6:00 AM, Aria Park
    Kintargo population: 11,900

Even with the cobblestone streets still wet from the morning dew, and the sun just barely beginning to break over the horizon and shed its light onto the silver city, Aria Park was filled with dozens of Kintargans. They stood outside the opera house where the newly appointed lord-mayor, Paracount Barzillai Thrune, currently resided. In the sudden absence of their former mayor, Barzillai was appointed at his request as mayor of this city by Her Infernal Majestrix, Queen Abrogail II. Local rumormongers were still buzzing about her mysterious disappearance. Some say that she was bribed, some say she was murdered. Some say that she was simply praying a bit too hard to Cailean one night and slipped on her stairs. Whatever the case may have been Barzillai Thrune was in power now, and that was what caused this gathering.

Angered complaints filled the air and blurred together. Most complained about the ridiculous proclamations and demanded that he revoke them. Others screamed that he had no business here at all, and called for his immediate resignation. Though, far more of them just seemed to be angry with the situation in general and were content to yell their frustrations. A few Chelish loyalists argued against what they called a growing demand for anarchy. The one or two civilians foolhardy enough to approach the opera house and attempt to enter were quickly pushed back by the Dottari, who looked to be growing increasingly nervous. At the doorway stood a slender woman with red hair, looking disdainfully down at the crowd.

A shadow passed through the window of the second floor in the opera house, but didn't appear to reveal itself to be anything more just yet. Tensions were high, but hadn't come to a boil quite yet. For now, it was just yelling. More and more people continued to arrive. Some joined in the yells, some tried to out-shout and silence those who had opposing views, and some just simply watched as if scanning the crowd. If one listened to the less boisterous and more personal conversations, they might be able to pick up a rumor or two. There was a shout or two about a pickpocket, but it was largely ignored by all but those closest to them, drowned out by the myriad of voices.

It seemed like the protest would go on for several hours...

    Hell's Rebels

The city of Kintargo has a new lord-mayor, but he's not someone interested in maintaining that city's free spirit. Paracount Barzillai Thrune has placed the city under martial law, and his cruel proclamations and sinister plans for the city bode ill. Can a small group of heroes and would-be rebels stand against the might of the Thrice-Damned House of Thrune and the Church of Asmodeus and save their home town from being crushed under the boot of an infernal tyrant? Will one of Cheliax's most powerful inquisitors make the city his playground, or can the rebels known as the Silver Ravens rise up to bring a new era of freedom to the so called Silver City of Kintargo? Join the rebellion! Save Kintargo! DOWN WITH THRUNE!
Hell's rebels is an adventure path for the Pathfinder system. In it, the players are swept into a rebellion which they must run in order to successfully liberate the city of Kintargo.

    Rebellion Sheet management here
For more information, refer to the player's guide here

    General Guidelines:
    • This will be run in the pathfinder system, if you aren't familiar with pathfinder then I will be willing to teach you. However, it will require a lot of reading. If you are okay with this, feel free to apply. If not, this isn't the RP for you.
    • You do not need to post a character sheet in order to apply. Simply post stating interest, and I'll mark you down as a participant.
    • This will be in a play-by-post format on KHV. You don't need to set aside any specific time for a session in person.
    • Discuss things with your party. Once you know who the other participants are, discuss things like party composition to avoid six sorcerers who get mowed down in the first encounter. Potential things like backstory involving another PC. A character is always more fun to play if they have character to them.
    • This follows the general forum rules.
    Character Creation:
    • A character sheet template can be found here
    • Please do not edit the document directly. Simply copy and paste the information into your own character sheet and edit it from there. Once you've completed it, either post a link to it in this thread or send it to me privately. It doesn't matter which one, as long as I can see it. If you need help filling out your character sheet, just message me and I'll help you to the best of my abilities.
    • Nearly all first party content is allowed in this. A compilation of this information can be found here
    • That is however not to say that I am disallowing third party content altogether. It is however, not allowed by default. This content will be considered on a case by case basis.
    • You will begin at level 1
    • When determining ability scores, you will be allowed a choice of a 20 point buy or 4d6 and drop the lowest.
    • For any other questions, feel free to ask either in the thread or in a private message.

I've decided to run something of a trial campaign in an attempt to see how a Tabletop RPG would work in a forum setting, as I've personally never seen it. It will be fairly short, but if it goes well, I'll run a longer, much more in-depth campaign on here.

I'll be using the rules of Pathfinder, so if you aren't familiar with the rules of it, ask me and I'll do my best to explain everything i can about it to you. For all information you need about pathfinder, refer to this. Please note that there is third party content listed, so if you'd like to use a class or feat, or anything listed that says third party, ask me beforehand.

    FAQ

Pathfinder is a spiritual successor to Dungeons and Dragons (3rd edition), published by Paizo. As such, it'll play very similar to D&D if you've ever played it before. Be warned, Pathfinder play does involve a significant amount of reading, upwards of 50-100 pages of content (or its equivalent, should you choose to utilize the wiki). I will do my utmost to explain and condense it as much as possible.

For those of you who have played Pathfinder before: Please be aware that this is a play-by-post setting, and a trial one at that, so bear with me if there are some technical issues to begin with. If you have experience with play-by-post and are willing to assist me, please let me know.

Yes. I'm not banning it, only asking you run it by me first. If it's not third party, you can use it.

An alignment is a system to determine the morality of a character. It consists of two spectrums, ranging from Lawful, Neutral, and Chaotic. As well as Good, Neutral, and Evil. One of each is taken to determine your alignment. For example, an upholder of all that is just and righteous would be Lawful Good. One who revels in carnage and destruction would be Chaotic Evil. If both spectrums are neutral, then your alignment becomes True Neutral.

Class skills are skills that you are inherently better at because you are that class. If a skill is your class skill, you gain a +3 bonus to it.

10 is the average a normal person has in that respective attribute, and thus is a +0 and is used as the starting point for determining bonuses. For every two about ten, you gain an additional bonus. 12 is a +1, 14 is a +2, 16 is a +3, etc. If your scores is lower than ten however, you gain a minus. At each odd number beneath ten, it is reduced. 9 is a -1, 7 is a -2, 5 is a -3, and so on.

When you are making an attack roll, if the natural result of the dice, before modifiers, is within your critical threat range, you have guaranteed that the attack will hit. In addition, you make the same attack roll once more. If they roll passes the AC, then you have confirmed your critical hit and will deal additional damage, possibly with additional effects depending on feats you may have. Inversely, if you roll a natural 1, you have guaranteed that you will miss. You must make the attack roll again, and if it does not pass, you have critically failed and will have negative consequences.

Certain actions, such as running past an enemy or casting spells while near them, will let your guard down and as such, the enemy will be able to make an attack against you as a result. Although the reverse is also true. If the enemy performs such a reckless action, then you will be able to take advantage of their moment of vulnerability. Under normal circumstances, any given combatant can only make one attack of opportunity per round, but this can be increased by various means.

It’s an abbreviation for a type of die. When D is followed by a number, such as d20, or d6, it is referring to the type of die. A d6 is a six-sided die, whereas a d20 is a twenty-sided die.

    Building a Character:

Building a character is something of an extensive process, so I'll go through step by step and explain everything you need to know.

This is the name of your character. I know, right? And just wait, we haven't even gotten to the really crazy stuff yet:

Your age. Note that the average age may differ from race to race.

    Male or Female

Refer to the wiki to select your race. Note that this does have an effect on your gameplay

What do you look like? Description or images are acceptable, but images are preferable so i can make tokens out of them for combat

Your Morality. For the moment, must be Neutral or Good. Lawful, Neutral, and Chaotic are all accepted.

Only certain classes will this have an impact for. You, in most cases, do not actually need to fill this in, though it may help with flavor. refer to the wiki for a list of deities.

Each time you level up, you can put the level into a class. More often than not they will all be in the same class, but you are capable of putting them into multiple if you so desire. Though, since we'll be starting at level 1 for the moment, that's kind of irrelevant for now. Refer to the wiki for a list of classes

Your health. To determine your HP, look at the "Hit Die" for your class. Roll it, and add your constitution modifier to the result. The result is the HP you gain for that level. For the first level, always treat the die as the highest possible result.

These are the six attributes of your character. They are divided into three physical (Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution), and three Mental (Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma). In order to obtain your ability scores, take four d6, or six-sided die, and roll them. Out of those four, discard the lowest result and add up the remaining three. The total is the number you use for one ability score. Repeat this for the remaining five, but note that they do not have to be assigned in order. Strength does not have to be the first result, and Charisma does not have to be the last. Roll all six before you begin to assign them. Ability scores can be modified in several ways beyond this. Racial bonuses may increase or decrease certain ability scores, Magic Items or spells may add to certain ability scores, and every four levels you can increase one of them by one naturally.

These are your ability to resist effects on you. They are sorted into Fortitude, Reflex, and Will. Each class has a base bonus to each of these at each level, which can be found on the page for it. In addition to this, your Constitution modifier is added to Fortitude, your Dexterity modifier is added to Reflex, and your Wisdom modifier is added to Will.

Often shortened to AC. This is a means of determining how difficult you are to hit. Be it because of protections from your armor or because your dexterity allows you to evade attacks. Your base AC is 10, and your armor bonus and maximum dexterity bonus from your armor is added.

The amount of money you have. Your starting wealth will be 500 GP to spend on gear and such

Your means of killing things that you don't want to be alive anymore. Refer to the wiki for a list of weapons.

Your armor will add to your armor class, but it may come with restrictions based on how heavy the armor is, and your class chosen. Refer to the wiki for a list of armors

Anything that is not weapons and armor you have on your person goes here

Skills may not be what you initially suspect they are. Skills are your capabilities outside of combat. Examples are crafting, Perception, Knowledge on various subjects, among many other things. A list of skills can be found on the wiki. Each level, you gain a number of skill points based on your class plus your intelligence modifier. Each point put into a skill increases the bonus you gain when attempting to use it by 1. You cannot put more points into any one skill beyond your character level, or your total level among of your classes.

Feats are a representation of your character's abilities and traits, often tricks that your character has accumulated over training, or traits that your character has inherited from ancestry. Whatever the case, feats make up the backbone of any character, defining their identity and empowering them. Any character gains a feat at every odd level, and some classes grant bonus feats. Refer to the wiki for a list of feats

Certain classes rely on magic to turn the tide of battle in their favor. Spells are limited by the number of slots a class is limited to. As a wizard, think of spells as cards that you choose from a deck. Once used, they are expended for that day. This is called prepared casting. Sorcerer's have a hand of cards that they can play from, but the spell is not expended upon use. This is called spontaneous casting. Arcanists have a full deck of cards, and choose several of them to be their hand for that day, and then act as a sorcerer. Arcanists are the only class that use this method of casting. Each spellcasting class has its own list of spells which it can learn from.

    Thunder.

That was all that could be heard. The quaking thunder which shook the very foundations of the castle. In an instant, the building was ablaze. Sinbad jerked upward from his bed and grabbed his trident. The castle was under attack. Another crack of thunder was heard, and the room exploded. Knocked back from the intense force, he maneuvered around the now blazing flames in his room and exited through the door. He could hear screams of soldiers and the clanging of metal. Looking outside, there was a large scale battle going on. How had they managed to get so close without so much as waking him up?

It didn't matter now, he ran toward the goddess' chambers. So far, they didn't seem to be inside the castle, although at this rate there wouldn't be much of a castle left to infiltrate. Whatever was causing the explosions, it has some serious firepower behind it. Continuing deeper into the castle, he burst through the door...and found himself in the courtyard. ugh. That price really got in the way at times. Although it seemed being here was a good thing, as they broke through the gates. These were just regular foot soldiers. Nothing special about them, but they still had to be stopped. Stabbing his trident into the ground, a massive flood of water pushed through the gate and swept them off their feet. He ran outside into the battle. He may as well pretend this was where he meant to be.

He looked up to see the source of the thunder he heard. The sky itself was literally fighting against them. Massive bolts of lightning struck down at the castle, blowing off huge portions of the stone which formed it. There was no way this was natural. As if on cue, the thunder struck somewhere else. Four bolts of lightning struck the ground, although they did it no harm. They were delivering something. In the wake of the flash, four figures stood. They needed no introduction. Everyone knew who they were. Each of them was an Olympian Throne.

Athena, a beautiful blonde woman, clad in leather armor with a shield on her left arm and a spear held in the other. Ares, a man with an unnatural air of bloodlust. He had long brown hair and a short beard. A wide grin spread along his face at the battle. People were dying, and soon enough, he'd be the one causing it. Standing in the back was the most mysterious of the four. Cloaked head to toe in cloth, massive black wings spread behind him. A mask covered his face, allowing none to know his true appearance. Thanatos, The Agent of Death. And finally, directly in the front of the group stood the man who lead the assault. His white hair and long beard flowed in the wind, as did his robes. Zeus, The ruler of Olympus himself.

"Surrender the goddess to us!" He demanded. Sinbad looked up at him. The air about him seemed to crackle with power. As though he could kill a man by simply standing near him. From what he'd heard about him, that didn't seem unlikely. If he was here...then that meant they really meant business. Ares shouted down at the Union. "Although, if you don't of course, we can just take her! Come on, say no!" He taunted. He honestly hoped that they refused to just surrender her without a fight.

Of course, the ever noble union stood firm. They would defend the goddess to their last breath.

"That's what i was hoping for." Ares whispered under his breath. Zeus nodded his head. Ares leaped from the cliff, causing a crater in the ground as he landed. His veins began to glow with an unnatural orange hue, as though it were fire and rage that fueled his body, rather than blood. Some believed it was. A few soldiers ran at him, but he didn't even draw his blade. He simply readied himself, and grabbed them with his bare hands, crushing their skulls like they were made of glass. A savage laughter escaped his mouth as he charged a phalanx, crashing into it with force that broke their ranks instantly.

Thanatos soon joined the fight, and they stood even less of a chance against him than they did Ares. He spread his wings and flew down. Once he had his sights set onto you, you were already dead. You just didn't know it yet. With a sweep of his scythe, the soldiers that defended the castle were falling by the dozens. These two had turned the tide of the battle completely in the empire's favor on their own, and Athena and Zeus had yet to actually move. Only the most lionhearted of men could believe that there was still a chance at victory. Sinbad turned around, running back into the castle. He had to get the goddess out. This place was lost. They needed to retreat.

Gather around, and I'll tell you a story unlike any you've ever heard before. A tale of gods, dragons, and demons. Long ago, in the times of fairy tales, there lived a Goddess. While she was divinity in title, she was in actuality but an ordinary girl placed into a terrible fate. When the Goddess before her died, the task of becoming The Goddess Seal was placed upon her. The fate of the very world itself hinged upon her life. Should she perish, the world would begin to wither and finally die entirely unless a new goddess was chosen with haste.

There were, however, those who wished her demise. Olympus, one of the most powerful empires ever known to man, had its sights set on not only the goddess, but the three seals which held in place the world's destruction during the selection of a new goddess. The Forest, The Desert, and the Ocean. These three seals were efforts made to keep the world from it's apocalyptic natural state. Although, only the goddess herself can truly withhold catastrophe.

Her life was threatened by the empire. While their armies were vast, and their technology great, The Olympian Thrones, the nine pact makers of the empire, were the true reason behind the Empire's power. A pact is the joining of souls. Two humans cannot enter one together, but should a human encounter a creature of another species, they can enter into a pact with them. The two become lifelong partners. and each gain incredible power from the strength of their partner. The strongest of pact makers have been said to decimate entire armies with seemingly no effort on their part. Although, while this power is great, nothing in this world comes without a price. In order to enter a pact, something irreplaceable must be given up. One's sight, their voice, their fertility. The Olympian Thrones were no exception.

Although, even against the might of Olympus, The Goddess was not alone, damned to her fate against the might of the empire. The Union, an alliance of countries dedicated to the protection of her holiness had taken up arms, unafraid to stand against the armies and machines of those who would harm her. Even the Nine Thrones would not make them cower. This is where our tale begins.

"Welcome, masters. I congratulate you on passing the preliminary rounds. You have all obtained a servant. As you know, these men and women are legendary souls, heroes of the past, present, and future. They will be your companions and only constant ally throughout the war. Trust in them, for otherwise you are sure to fall, although you do have a means of keeping them in line should your servant prove...Difficult. The command seals are three rights the master has to invoke absolute obedience from your servants. Should these all be used, If you should need to speak with them, do so in your private room on the second floor. While in there, you are in complete privacy, away from the prying eyes of other masters. But be wary about spending too much time in the safety of your room. You have one week to prepare for your confrontation with your opponent. In this time, you must find out as much about as you can, and find two Cipher keys, also known as triggers. Each one will be on a different floor in the arena. The arena is a battleground, filled with hostile programs placed by the moon cell. You and your opponent share this battleground, and no other masters are permitted within it. Should you engage in combat with your opponent here, the SE.RA.PH will intervene and stop you from fighting on the third cycle. Fighting your opponent can be a useful method of obtaining information on them. Fighting outside of the arena, on campus is prohibited. Any offenders will receive a penalty to their stats. Best of luck to you, masters. Proceed to the bulletin board in the second floor hall to find out your opponent. Rejoice, for your wishes are about to come true. Godspeed. Let the Holy Grail war begin!"

As the digital priest finished his introduction to the masters, those there looked around. The numbers had thinned down immensely from the nigh one thousand that had joined initially. Still though, each and every one of these people was a competent and worthy foe, ready to fight in the holy grail war.

"Best of luck to you all."
called out a voice. A young blonde boy walked to the front of the crowd. Most would know his face. Leo Bisterio Harwey, the heir to the Harwey throne. It's not an exaggeration to say he was born to rule the world. He carried himself with a regal air. Some believe themselves to be above others, but Leo was on another level altogether. it was like the sun, an unapproachable brilliant light high above that one could never hope to reach, no matter their efforts. Standing next to him was a handsome knight with a similar hair color to his master's. He was silent, as though awaiting orders. "Let's go, Gawain." With that, the pair walked off down into the hall to find their opponent. Following him was a great many masters, with immeasurable variety.

"I'll take you down, leo. The world can't go on like this."
An attractive young girl with solid black hair muttered to herself as she followed down the hall to find her opponent. However, it seemed a man with bright green hair overhead this statement despite it. Putting a hand on her shoulder seemed to startle her, but he gave her a reassuring smile, as though to reassure her that she could achieve what she said. There was quite the crowd around the bulletin board, but to each master it only showed their name and their opponent's. Quickly enough the crowd would disperse as they went off to find information about their opponent.

Can you cut off your hand, and sharpen the bone of your arm to a point where you can use it as a weapon. I'm curious. Through various factors which, regardless of how unlikely it is that they all fall into the same person, i believe it is theoretically possible.

The world has slipped into a calm stagnation.
Due to a global catastrophe years prior, history has gone astray
There is no war, strife, or famine
Yet neither is there growth or advancement. Mankind has yet to even explore the moon
Can the world continue to exist this way?
    Many believe so.
Others would shatter this false peace, declaring that living is not the same as surviving.

However, the means of determining the course of history will not be on earth.
The world's fate is in the hands of the one who stands victorious and claims the throne of heaven
    The Holy Grail
    The Moon Cell
Be it for their own personal desires, slaying the stagnation, or preserving it, nine hundred and ninety nine masters have entered the moon cell, under the promise of a wish to the victor.

Rejoice, Master, for your wish will finally be granted.

Do not walk in blind. I will bestow upon you the information you will need to carry you through the holy grail war.

    The Moon Cell
The system which houses and governs this conflict between magi. Masters leave their physical bodies behind and transmit their souls into this system. Information on its origin and creation is slim, and naught but hazy rumors. However, it is known that it is the battleground on which you will fight.

    The Holy Grail
The omnipotent prize which awaits the victor of The Holy Grail War, capable of granting any wish the holder's heart desires. It is responsible for summoning the servants, and binding them to the masters through use of the command seals. There was another Holy Grail fought over on earth years ago, but this is not the same one.

    Servants
These are the recreations of great heroes, recorded in the Moon Cell. They will be the vessel of your power, and your companion throughout this war. Though they are not the genuine hero, they share their memories, abilities, and thought processes. They can think, act, and feel just as you or I could.
There are different classifications of Servants, which will determine how they fair in combat. Note that no one class is better than another.

Knight of the sword. Agile and strong melee attackers. They are one of the three knight classes, together with Archer and Lancer. They are the most well rounded class out of the seven.

Knight of the bow. They focus on projectiles as their main form of attack, and are capable in the use of skills, but do not have as high endurance as most other classes. One of the three knight classes, together with Saber and Lancer.

Knight of the lance. Using long polearms as their weapons. They are heavy hitters with regular attacks, but their skills and noble phantasms aren't the greatest. One of the three knight classes, together with Saber and Archer.

The mounted warrior. They are the fastest of all seven classes. What they lack in damage overall is made up for by incredibly powerful Noble Phantasms, often involving the mount associated with the hero.

The magus. Specializing in the mystic arts, they are not very physically inclined, but can inflict great damage and have pools of mana greater than any other class.

The silent killer. Their stats are not as high as many other classes, but they excel at sizing up their opponents and gain an extra command revealed to them when attacking.

The mad warrior. They have sacrificed their sanity for raw power. Their skills are not powerful, and their noble phantasms have lost power, or in some rare cases even unusable. However, their raw brute strength makes them a force to be reckoned with.

    Noble Phantasms
The trump cards of the servants. Generally, it is an item or ability associated with the hero. One such example would be King Arthur's Excalibur. When used in combat, a wide variety of effects will occur, depending on the servant in question, but all of them are powerful tools. It's not an exaggeration to say that proper use of a noble phantasm can be the key to the entire battle.
    Command Spells
Three seals given to masters, which appear on their hand as markings. When used, they invoke absolute obedience from their servant, which can even force them to go beyond normal limits. If all three command seals are used before the end of the war, the contract between the servant and master will be broken, and that master will be disqualified. So do use them with caution.
    Rules
    1. No godmodding/powerplaying
    2. Editing your post in a fight to try and make it seem like i made a mistake is a dick move. Don't be a dick.
    3. The servant must be a character from an official source of media, legend, or be a historical figure. (Note that characters already in use by the fate series are banned. If you're not sure about a legend or historical figure, look it up). The master must be an OC
    4. PG-13
    5. During an elimination battle with another character, post a bit of battle text to make it a bit more interesting, but it doesn't necessarily have to match what's happening with the gameplay.
    6. Limited to three pairs in total, and it's recommended that you have more than one pair, as there's no guarantee they'll survive the battles.
    7. From here on isn't rules, but tips. You want to find out as much information on your opponent as you can, but be sure to keep yours hidden. While you can't hide everything, and some will slip out, don't be careless like calling your servant by their true name, generally their class in front of others, and talking about their abilities.
    8. Don't go it alone. Form alliances with other masters to overcome your enemies. You won't always be able to win on your own. But be careful, today's ally could be tomorrow's enemy.
    9. Throughout the week, you'll need to have your teams go into the arena and collect two Trigger keys before the week is out. One on the first level, which is available from the first day of the week, and one on the second level, which is available from halfway through the week. Each pair has a unique arena, shared with their opponent. Once you enter the arena and leave, you will be confined to your private room with your servant until the next day. If you decide to go in early, use this time to converse with your servant.
    10. There is no rule ten, but it's an awesome number.

LIST OF CODE CASTS (you may choose two per master. A master may only take one action per cycle, and is limited in the number of code casts they can use in a battle. However, they can act at any point in the cycle, and their code cast will always be carried out before the attacks)
-Inflict small damage on the enemy servant
    -Slightly heal your servant
    -Slightly restore your servant's mp
    -Slightly Raise your servant's strength
    -Slightly raise your servant's magic
    -Slightly lower your opponent's strength
    -slightly lower your opponent's magic
-Stun opponent when used vs a skill

List of NPCs (controlled by myself, Gexln, and Burnitup):
The young prince and heir to the Harwey family, who seek to secure world peace through their rule. Master to the servant Saber, Gawain, he shows no problems with revealing information about his servant. He seems to believe victory for him the natural outcome of things and no matter what anyone does, that will not change. This confidence is not misplaced. The young heir to the world is a force to be reckoned with, and should you come against him, you will need allies of plenty to emerge victorious. (Controlled by Beucefilous)

A member of the Tohsaka family of Magi. She is an activist that fights against the Harwey family, so her reason to participate in the Holy Grail War is to stop Leo. She is a powerful Magus, well versed in many forms of magic. She can be either a great asset, or a worthy adversary. She hasn't many quarrels about helping a master that she isn't against, but be sure she'll expect something in return. (Controlled by Gexln)

Julius Belkisk Harwey is a cold blooded assassin, and the older brother of Leo. He thinks nothing of taking the life of another, and shows no remorse for it whatsoever. His sole purpose in life is to protect Leo. He is a powerful hacker and magus, and seems to have information on most other masters, despite not actually witnessing them in combat. Needless to say, this is an enormous advantage. He specializes in quick kills, and will set up an ambush, killing his opponent without a fair fight if he deems it necessary. (Controlled by Beucefilous)

Shinji honestly and fully believes himself to be the strongest master in the holy grail war. Using his experience as the Asian champion, he believes there is no way for him to lose the competition. His arrogance towards others is almost palatable. For some reason, he is fairly popular with other masters, although why is a total mystery. He is a capable hacker, so be wary of him. Although, his arrogance will cause him to slip up make a great many mistakes. (Controlled by Gexln)

Rani is an intelligent, calm, polite, yet emotionless young girl. She doesn't seem to follow any will of her own, and instead refers herself as a tool of her professor. She is a capable alchemist of the Atlas organization, and possesses the ability to divine information through reading of the stars. One will benefit from making this girl their ally, but you may be turned against her by the moon cell just as quickly. (Controlled by burnitup)

A young girl at the age of six, who no one seems to know anything about. She doesn't seem overly interested in fighting her opponents, and instead sees the holy grail war as a game, and her opponent is a playmate of hers. She appears sweet and innocent, but behind her cute face lies unspeakable danger. (Controlled by Beucefilous)

Dan is an elderly gentleman with pure white hair, and a face weathered with the marks of aging. Despite his aged appearance, he does not seem the slightest bit frail, and rather than the mark of weakness, the way he wears his years is more like the way a tree's rings mark its growth. His scars over the years have become a solid core and tough bark that makes it impossible to see his age as a weakness. Dan is a decorated soldier from England that is allied with the Harway Plutocracy. He was formerly a sniper, but he is currently retired. (Controlled by Beucefilous)

Monji is a boisterous young man who worships his servant as a god. His objective is to save humanity via his self-made religion. Ordinarily, his servant would be one of the most powerful in all of the holy grail war, but due to his incompetence, she is far less of a threat than ordinary. However, they are still a powerful pair. (Controlled by burnitup)

Perhaps the oddest master in all the holy grail war. She is a very eccentric woman who declares constantly how hungry she is, and refers to her opponents as "tasties" in a sick sense. Her capabilities as a master are average, but enemies are often to bewildered by her off and bizarre nature. (Controlled by Beucefilous)

"Beuce" for short. He is an odd man who doesn't seem to really care much about what's going on around him, aside from to make a sarcastic remark or some nonsense. Some believe his is schizophrenic, as he speaks to voices no one else hears. Despite his odd nature, he's actually rather intelligent and a master in the arts of strategy and warfare. A powerful opponent to be sure, but make him your ally and it will surely pay off. Even if you just ask him a question for a single problem, he probably won't be hesitant to help. (Take a wild guess)

Emiya shirou is a young man with an ambition to become a "superhero". He is dedicated and driven to accomplish this goal, and save as many lives as he can. While he dislikes the idea of the holy grail war in general, he believes that if he wins it, he can save many lives beyond what was lost. He is a nice guy all in all, but isn't the most powerful magus. (Controlled by Gexln)

Waver was born as the third generation of the Waver family, but it was not a very prestigious line. His grandmother, the first generation, was the lover of a certain magus who picked up the very basics of magecraft during their pillow talk. Waver can be called "spoiled brat" who is the very embodiment of a "narcissist that doesn't doubt he's a genius.", but he wants more than anything for people to notice him. (Controlled by burnitup)

Gexln is somewhat angry and often comes off as unapproachable. He can come off as somewhat rude, cynical, and sarcastic. He wants above anything else to become stronger, although his motives may be deeper than his initial impression would suggest. (Controlled by...You guessed it, Gexln.)

A dark individual, considered by most to be evil. He is versed in the ancient and frowned upon art of necromancy, which involves the manipulation of dead souls and corpses. He is a strong foe, and one should be wary of underhanded and unorthodox tactics. (Controlled by Beucefilous)

India is an enigma even among the most well informed of sources. It's as though he simply materialized from thin air. However, what is known about him is that he is a Magus and Hacker without equal, as well as a certified genius. It's entirely possible that he could defeat Leo (or perhaps even weaker servants) on his own, but for some reason, he seems that he isn't interested in winning. Quite the contrary in fact... (Controlled by Beucefilous)

Extremely loyal to the underground group, however he views himself as an outcast to all things. He will fight to the very end if need be and never give up, but he is hesitant to openly engage in fighting unless he or someone else he knows is in danger. Sebastian fears that if he were to become involved with the world as it currently is, he would be hunted until he eventually died. He is frightened of opening up to people, fearing that they will see him as the monster that he views himself as. (Controlled by Beucefilous)

Bazett was born in Ireland as a descendant of an old family of magi that had detached itself from the Mages' Association and lived in the shadows quietly. Wishing to pursue a different path than that of her ancestors, she chose to join the Association. Despite Bazett's rare lineage, her skills were not judged as being particularly useful and she was dismissed. (Controlled by burnitup)

An assassin employed by the Harwey family to defeat the insurgents that are trying to disrupt the world order. He seeks to save as many people as he can, but realizes more than anyone that you cannot save everyone, and is willing to sacrifice even those he cares about if it means the greater good. He is a dangerous master, willing to use unethical, yet extremely effective tactics in order to secure victory.(Controlled by burnitup)

Reika grew up without an actual family, and she suffered from abuse before being adopted. She was unable to do anything for herself during her childhood, and eventually became a prostitute simply because she needed money to survive. She is a woman who finds inherent worth in neither her own life nor that of others, and has lived merely by allowing herself to be pushed along by the flow of things. Though she can despite this be said to possess a morality becoming of a human being, the morality she possesses seems in some way flawed. (Controlled by burnitup)

Believes himself to be a servant of God, sent from above to obtain the holy grail. He is a rather eccentric and hard-headed man, and cannot be swayed from his beliefs, no matter how outrageous they are. He seems to have a grudge against Orpheus, and that grudge can be used in your favor should you be against this man's archenemy. (Controlled by Beucefilous)

More commonly known as The Warden. When this man dies, most assume that he will become a heroic spirit of the Berserker class. He is a notorious and brutal jailor who shows no mercy to his prisoners. If you are against this man, advance with extreme caution, bide your time, and go prepared or you'll wind up dead. (Controlled by Beucefilous)

Gordes comes from the Musik house, which once boasted a skill with alchemy which rivaled the Einzberns. Their thaumaturgical blood had eventually decayed enough that they were forced to fold themselves into the ranks of Yggdmillennia. It was shameful for such a once-famed house to have been absorbed by another, so Gordes' mother and father constantly told him of their legacy as alchemists from his youth. At the age of thirty-six, he is unable to separate dream from reality, having been raised to be proud of his family's former legacy.(Controlled by Beucefilous)

This man is not actually a master, but instead acts as the orchestrator and guide in the holy grail war for all masters. He is the one who will answer questions, inform them of when their elimination battle will take place, and on occasion issue challenges. He is an individual with a dark personality, though he claims to be a priest and man of God. (Controlled by Beucefilous)
