Hey there, thanks for stopping by. I'm in the process of throwing together a portfolio which I will use to apply for an animation school. I've spent the last 4½ months on a drawing course (which I started a thread for, but then eventually left to die, as I: (a) Didn't have any scanner, only my iPod cam, and (b) Spent all my time drawing. What I more or less need from you is to let me know which drawings you think are best and/or should be put in my portfolio (and perhaps also if there are any drawings you think I shouldn't use). Criticism and such is also welcome, but since I am pretty much done with these drawings (and because there are so many of them), please keep it to what I should do in general to improve (Better proportions? Poses too stiff? Etc.), instead of analyzing each individual drawing. A lot of the drawings are of nude models, so I'll be linking to them instead of posting them directly. The rest of the drawings are in spoiler tags, not because of nudity, but because they're pretty big. Made a new thread for this, as it is quite different from what I usually draw. So I've started on this drawing course. (on day 3 as of writing this). We draw somewhere around 5 hours a day (not counting homework), so that's pretty tough so far. One of the first things we did was to make 3-4 minute drawings/caricatures of each others faces. Here are a couple I made that I like. (Emphasis on like. Drawings I post here are not neccessarily ones I consider good...) Our homework for yesterday was to make seven 5-minute sketches of each others feet (plus 2 x 45 minutes of long-study of a foot, but I'm not posting that...) That's it for now. Will (probably?) update the thread every now and then if I get something done that I like. (Oh, and excuse the ****** image quality. The only method I have of getting this onto my computer is by taking pictures of the drawings with my iPod's camera, which kind of sucks.)
'Sup. Fanart of the character Spoiler from an unused ending from the game Nier. Some dude I had a lot of fun drawing. I call him Monsieur Longface. And that's that.
So I finally got this to work. The problem I had before was that I tried normal animation mods. But that made Mickey completely invulnerable. What I had to do was to animation mod movement/hurt animations the same way you would mod un-looping animations in "play as [boss]" codes. Code: Mickey boss (R2/L2) E005FDFF 0034D45C 11CE0B6A 00000764 2032F094 12120100 20D2DE58 00BBEE90 20D2DE68 00BEDB40 20DA4E58 00C1FE90 E02CFEFF 0034D45C 20C98E58 00000000 21051638 00C99B50 210568E8 00CB3990 2105EBD8 00CBCAD0 21064768 00CC2730 21069068 00CC9D30 2106FE88 00CD20D0 21079E08 00CDD7A0 21083598 00CDD7A0 2108CCC8 00CD20D0 21096378 00CE9A30 2109FA98 00CEF100 210AA118 00CC2730 210B07A8 00CC9D30 210BE028 00CC2730 210C4778 00CC9D30 21051068 00D03C90 210512E8 00CF5AA0 210512F8 00D1FDF0 2110B0D8 00CF5AD0 21051378 00D03C90 21051318 00D1FDF0 21051328 00D03C90 21051508 00D03C90 21051528 00D03C90 21051538 00D03C90 21051558 00D03C90 21051568 00D03C90 21051358 00D03C90 21051368 00D1FDF0 21051388 00CF5AA0 210514C8 00D0D7D0 210514D8 00D1FDF0 210513B8 00C99B20 210513C8 00D03C90 210513D8 00D03C90 210513E8 00CF5AA0 210513F8 00D1FDF0 21051408 00D0D7D0 21051418 00D0D7D0 21051428 00D03C90 21051438 00CF5AA0 21051448 00D1FDF0 21051458 00D1FDF0 -Go to Terra's battle. Press and hold R2 while skipping the cutscene. Press L2 once when the battle starts. Mickey only has 4 attacks to work with, though, so I can't do much, even with Terra's many attacks to replace. Speaking of replacing attacks; I left the attack/magic lock attack untouched, because it freezes if you do anything with it. Another "side-effect", if you will, is that Mickey can be hit at certain times during the desperation move, which ends it instantly. I don't know if it will lead to freezing or not. Should you find some problem with the code (freezing, Mickey getting stuck in an animation, etc.) go right ahead and let me know, and I'll see if I can do anything. Not so easy to thoroughly test a code like this.

I've been wanting to do this for a while, but one thing stood in my way: If you texture mod one character, you texture mod all instances of the character. This means I can't texture mod Terra into Aqua and then make a copy Terra. The alternative was to add another boss to the fight and change its model/animations/etc. However, Terra seems to be very picky about who he canbe replaced with. By pretty much pure chance, I discovered that Hercules works. (Still not sure what makes characters work/not work. I'm guessing it's the amount of textures they have...?) This video is obsolete! The codes below have been improved from what is shown in the video! As you can see, it's hardly a perfect code. Hercules has no aerial attacks, so the attacks we can use are limited. Coupled with that, Terra's hitboxes are kind of weird. His 3-hit ground combo is pretty much the only one with hitboxes (if you're using animation mod). Still, I think it's a pretty unique hack, and I thought I'd share it with you guys. I don't normally make AMVs, and I'm not even really sure if this should be called one. I was really just testing my video editing program more than anything. Still, I kind of liked the result, so I figured I might as well post it. (I think I made it too loud, so you might want to turn down your volume a bit) I should warn some of you that this contains what I consider to be one of the major spoilers of the series. But it's a spoiler that's just so damn cool it might be worth it to just spoil it for the heck of it.
Seems to me like there isn't much footage of the multiplayer aspect of Birth by Sleep. Me and a friend sat down a couple of days ago and recorded a bunch of matches. :=D: I just had to do this, I'm sorry...
Not trying to be creepy here. I was just practicing drawing, and I thought this one just ended up being kind of funny. I know; their faces are anime as crap, but I think I managed to draw their bodies decently, which was the point of the drawing.
Long story short; I felt like designing a keyblade for Mickey Mouse, and I ended up sketching out three different ones. Save the Kingdom Spoiler So far I've only finished the first. You know how Mickey's Starseeker ties in with Donald and Goofy's star-themed weapons? I figured I'd make a keybalde for him that ties in with the Save the King/Queen weapons. Designed with Mickey Mouse in mind. (I suck pretty bad with Photoshop, I know...) I couldn't think of any names for it besides Save the Kingdom, though I feel kind of bad about it, since I believe someone else somewhere already designed a keyblade called Save the Kingdom... Berserker Bone Spoiler Pluto-inspired keyblade. Designed with Mickey Mouse in mind. Ended up being pretty weird I guess. Queen's Ribbon Spoiler Minnie Mouse style keyblade. Designed with Mickey Mouse in mind. The handle was inspired by Minnie Mouse's dress. Treasured Toys Spoiler Toy Story keyblade. Designed with Sora in mind. Unlike the first three, this keyblade was designed with Sora as the wielder in mind. Couldn't think of a keychain for it, though. Destati Spoiler Keybalde inspired by the Awakenig/Dive Into the Heart sections. Designed with Sora in mind. Got lazy when making this one. Didn't feel like drawing advanced pillars of awakening patterns, so this one is made out of copy/pasted graphics from the game... Chain of Memories Spoiler Keybalde inspired by Castle Oblivions interior and exterior. Sora is the intended wielder. Capitalist Champion Spoiler Design inspired by Scrooge McDuck (and his money). Sora is once again the wielder I had in mind when designing it. Bells of Notre Dame Spoiler Hunchback of Notre Dame (though you could probably guess that from the title). EDIT: Also, feel free to post any designs of you own. I'll be sure to move them to this first post. Winds of the Heart by Docyx no15 Spoiler
Vacation = Too much free time for my own good. Here are a couple of codes: All of these work on the PS2, but you will need to use this code if you want to play on the PS2: Remove Goofy's blue abilities 1032E29C 000001AD 1032E2A0 000001A9 1032E2A6 000001A7 1032E2AA 000000CA 1032E2B8 000000C9 The codes are very long, so you will have to download this .txt file which contains them: http://www.mediafire.com/?9pzi290n1sqtakc The bosses I made playable are: Leon/Squall Cloud Sephiroth (No hitboxes...) Terra (Again, no hitboxes...) Hayner Seifer Setzer Riku Hercules Scar For all of these codes (Except Sephiroth and Terra) you need to go the the Hall of the Cornerstone. Then press and hold R2 while walking into the Audience Chamber. Once you're in there, press L2. If you try to leave the room, the game will crash. You can use circle, square, and triangle to do different attacks.
I think the two in the upper left are 2 minutes, rest should be 5 minutes. Not much else to say. Sorry if the contrast is low, but hopefully it isn't too bad.
Something I did for my art class. My teacher heard I worked with animation, so he wanted me to do something with it. Not much else to say about it I guess.
Probably not as awesome as it sounds, but since I hadn't seen this done by anyone else, I figured I might as well do it. Behold, Terra's Lingering Spirit modded to resemble an Aqua Lingering Spirit. Also included a size mod to make Terra the same size as Aqua.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=78y0T9t72N0&feature=player_embedded A short animation I did last year. It's about a magician about to do his usual magic show, but something suddenly goes wrong... I know some of the animation isn't too smooth and that I went too far with some of the "motion-blur" stuff when they move, but I still kind of like this one. There was sound in the original, but no sound here. This is because the guys that make the DVDs with the finished animations aren't very good at it. It wasn't possible for me to rip the sound and images at the same time. Besides, the sound isn't all that important.
I've been using PCSX2 and Emuhaste to try and find some UCM adresses the last couple of days. Recently PCSX2 has begun to run my games strangely, not just KH2FM which I've been using Emuhaste on, but also other games. It's doing strange graphical glitches it's never done before (if I enter the pause menu, it flashes back and forth between the menu and thegame field), it doesn't do the "fade to black"-thing when I exit an area, and it runs a lot slower than usual. I haven't changed any settings with the plugins, so I doubt it's them. I also tried using a different BIOS, but it still glitched out. Anyone who knows what the problem is? I'm thinking it probably has something to do with Emuhaste, but shouldn't all the changes made in it disappear once both programs have been closed? EDIT: I think it's something that's been corrupted, either my ISO, savegame, or something about the emulator. I have normally collected all the puzzle pieces, but suddenly there was one... EDIT: Nevermind. I solved the problem by resetting all my PCSX2 settings. You can lock this if you want.
Gultigargar's Video Thread - Hacked fights and code gameplay videos Hello everyone. Since I finally got myself a capture device I can finally start making some videos. I'll mostly be doing hacked fights in Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, but I might also do some other stuff. New videos will be added to the front page once they're done. I hope you'll enjoy watching these as much as I enjoy making them. :noworries: Hacked fights Spoiler First up is Riku vs Roxas. This has probably been done by lots of people, but I still wanted to do my own take on it. Sora fights Leon/Squall, who has increased stats. The Final Fantasy characters have a pretty simple AI, but I tried to make the fight look interesting nonetheless. Auron vs Hercules, a fight I thought would be cool if it was made playable. ...did Auron's one-liner just cause Hades to explode? Roxas and Axel vs Saïx, a battle that was inspired by KH 358/2 Days. Another Roxas and Axel battle. This time they fight Xemnas. Mickey vs Pete, another fight that has been done before, but I still felt like doing. It's a bit short, but giving Pete more HP would just have resulted in more of the same, which would be a bit boring. Catfight! Mulan, Tifa, and Yuffie take on Larxene. (I was kinda afraid that this would crash, but to my surprise, it worked...) CURSED FOOL! I was always a bit disappointed with the Xemnas throne battle because it was so easy, so I added the Xemnas Data enemy to the fight. The male Final Fantasy fighters duke it out: Auron, Cloud, and Leon/Squall vs Sephiroth. Sephiroth got his ass handed to him. Riku and Mickey vs Lexaeus, inspired by their fight in Chain of Memories. Getting Lexaeus in a position where he can be killed is pretty tricky, so I ended up just cutting the video, instead of waiting for who knows how long for Mickey to make him vulnerable with his finisher. Roxas vs Roxas. I was afraid that this fight would be too difficult, because honestly, Roxas sucks. However, I managed to abuse the drive form to make some pretty long combos. Sora vs Sephiroth and Cloud (with buffed stats). Cloud is really more of an annoyance than a threat, maybe except for when Sephiroth uses Descend Heartless Angel. Sora, Riku, and Mickey vs Roxas. Just your everyday keyblade brawl. Another keyblade-themed battle; Sora, Riku, and Mickey vs Lingering Sentiment. Sora takes on both Roxas and the Lingering Sentiment. I originally planned to have Riku or Mickey as well, but I was afraid that it would crash, so I just did it solo. I thought this fight was pretty cool. It's Sora and Riku who are fighting Roxas and Axel. Sora and Riku battle the two final bosses from CoM and KH2. The final boss of KH 358/2 Days "emulated" with the KH2 engine; Roxas vs Riku. Another "emulated" battle, KH1 Sora takes on Sephiroth in the KH2 engine. Sora fights one of the few battles where it's possible to fight more than two organization members without the game freezing. Xemnas, Xigbar, and Xaldin. I think Axel, Xigbar, and Xaldin is also possible. Sora and Hercules vs hades and Cerberus. Probably should have buffed the bosses stats... Oh well. Also, the Hercules partner kinda sucks. Kind of a joke fight. Ping, the weakest playable character, vs Captain Pete, the weakest boss. Sora vs a buffed Anti Sora. Code gameplay/showcase Spoiler A gameplay video showcasing Mickey. This video is also a quality test of sorts. Took me almost en entire day to find the right recording and compression settings. Roxas with dual wield Roxas drive form gameplay, with Axel partner. Playable party members gameplay showcase. A gameplay video of Aurangzeb's version of the Riku code. I did this one because there seems to be mostly videos of the old code that could only do aerial attacks. Thanks to I Am A Filter Whore's tutorial on how to un-DMA animation mods, I've been able to replace one of Mickey's attacks with his pearl attack. I know it's already been done, but this version replaces a different attack; his long-distance keyblade thrust. A demonstration of what two Drive Forms look like when they are modded to have Sora's model: Dual wield Sora and feral Sora. Dual wield Mickey gameplay. Meh, not much else to say. This video showcases some of the special allies codes, which allows you to have characters that are normally meant to be playable be party members instead. I also accidentally show off the gambler reaction command trick with Mickey. Room mod: Rooms that are normally inaccessible. Weapon (and some moveset) mod(s): Weapons that are normally inaccessible. Extra stuff A little video test that shows off the beta(?) version of Majik's awesome English translation patch. Those of you who, like me, are fans of Neon Genesis Evangelion might be interested in some gameplay videos from a fighting game called Neon Genesis Evangelion Battle Orchestra, which features all the Evas from the original show, most of the Angels, and some cool bonus characters, too! Here is a playlist: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=A5C8901D059D7913 Similarly, here's another Japan-only fighting game. This time it's Fullmetal Alchemist (the first anime series), and it's not as good as NGE Battle Orchestra. In this game there must ALWAYS be 4 players/CPUs on the field, so you can't go one-on-one. It also plays some goddamn annoying music every time a character uses his/her ultimate attack... http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=3D793A7016ACADF4
