**There is NO picture of it shown on the link but there is a video of the accident as it occurs and the aftermath if you want to see. The video does NOT load automatically. You must press play so if you want to go to the link, you can without seeing the graphic image of his head.**

Goes without saying that the video is probably NSFW but you can visit the link without seeing it. The video is in mediocre quality.

    Hopefully, I won't get banned.

    --------------------

This tragic accident took place in Beirut the second week of June 2009. I know because I was standing there the day after this accident happened. I was told that two teenage boys were showing off their diving/jumping skills or lack thereof while passersby were walking as usual in the afternoon on the seaside promenade of Beirut called "Manara" across the boulevard from the American University of Beirut (AUB).

I was told that the teenager and his buddy had jumped a few times that day. His friend made a safe dive but this teenager slipped as he was about to jump. One has to sprint away from the railing in order to land away from the stone ledge on the bottom where fishermen usually fish. I was told the day after this accident took place that a phone video of the tragic accident surfaced in Beirut and was being forwarded from one cell phone to another. The teenager filmed in this clip slipped and ended up hitting his head on the stone ledge below from a height of over 40 feet.

It was a very sad and tragic accident. I was told that the teenager s face was split in half validated by the second part of the video clip. So for LiveLeakers dismissing the validity of these two clips, if you do not speak, understand Arabic or the Lebanese dialect spoken by the ER staff, you are wrong, this two-part clip is not of two different people, one tanned and one pale white as some have commented but of the same teenager is.

As I mentioned, the first clip was shot in the afternoon (where more than likely using a Nokia phone which takes darker videos in the afternoon) at the "Manara" boulevard in Beirut by a teenage girl who was heard in the clip saying: Quote - Oh my God! Oh my God! Someone call the Civil Defense - End of Quote. The civil defense is an emergency rescue organization made up of volunteers, similar to the Red Cross. The second cell phone video was shot in the bright-lit ER at the American University Hospital (AUH) less than a quarter mile away. I am not sure though whether it is the same teenage girl who shot the first clip of the accident.

This is going to sound absurd to most of those living in the "developing nations" but it is quite common for family, friends of wounded or dead patients, and even hospital staff to sneak in a cell phone to the ER and record on their cell phones such clips evidenced by similar cell phone videos of grave wounds I have seen in the ER rooms in Gaza, Lebanon, Iraq and other war-torn land in the Middle East. The American University Hospital (AUH) in Beirut is one of the top three hospitals there with American medical standards and ethics; however, rules are not always as tight when it comes to turning on the video camera of a cell phone. Hard for most to comprehend but that's the way things are.

Both parts of the video clip are of the same teenager. I was told that he was taken to the ER where all the surgeons were able to do is stitch his deep and severe wounds. The staff tried to keep him alive in intensive care but he died two days later. The city did install a while back barbwires to discourage young men from jumping from the top of the railings and risking injury or death but young men continue to jump as they see this activity as a fun challenge. There have been similar accidents there as a result of carelessness and ignorance by the swimmers, teenagers and even men in their twenties.

One day after this accident took place, I saw teenagers climb on the metal railing and stand between the barb wires to jump in ten foot deep water with blocks of concrete/rocks the size of minivans intended to break the high waves were less than 5 ft away from where the teenage boys were landing. May he rest in peace.

    ----------

I feel very bad for the kid, those who watched and his family but living your life and taking unbelievably dumb risks are two different things. Not smart at all.

I've been looking for more metal to listen to lately, but almost everyother band sings about satan or satanism. Being a Muslim and all, well, I don't really want to listen to songs about the devil. I've been able to find some good metal bands that don't sing directly about the devil, but its getting harder and harder. I'm open to almost all subgenres, except for Christian metal. My favorite subgenres are Death, Melo-Death, and Black Metal (oh, irony!) . So.....can you guys reccomend me some good non-satanic metal?

Here's a list of metal bands that I already listen to:

    All That Remains
    Alter Bridge
    Amon Amarth*****
    Behemoth*****
    The Black Dahlia Murder*****
    Children of Bodom
    Emperor*****
    Exodus
    Disturbed
    Dream Theater
    Hypocrisy*****
    Immortal
    Iron Maiden
    Judas Priest
    Killswitch Engage
Lamb of God (their original name was Burn the Priest, you'll get the idea)
    Metallica
    Megadeth
    Parkway Drive
    Slayer*****
    Skeletonwitch*****
    Sodom
    Trivium
    Trouble
    Unearth
    Warbringer

The bands with ***** next to their names are ones that I only listen to songs they made that aren't about Satan or bashing religion.

    Hakan: My closest friend
Sara: My ex who is the hottest girl at school. She nice but a bit ****ty.

So yesterday me an my friend we late for class, sprinting for class in an empty hallway (the jaws song on the PA system can have that effect) and Sara was walking down the hall the opposite direction. Since our breakup I just completely not acknowledge her existence so I was looking dead ahead. Then she screams "****!" she had one of those shirts on where there are no shoulder straps. Apparently it was a little to big too. So when she moves her books away from her chest and they get caught on her shirt. They pull down her shirt and bra. So she freaks out and tries covering herself back up but the shirt is ripped and etc. So it took her about 20 seconds to cover up. We looked away (as hard as it was to do so) and kinda just walked on. Lucky for her no one else was in the hallway. So the problem for me and my friend now is she thinks we are perverts. Perverts for looking (but we looked away after we saw what happened) and ****ers for not helping her. So today one of her friends said to me "What the hell did you do to Sara?!" So it seems like she didn't tell them what really happened. Now I'm afraid they are going to spread it like wildfire not even knowing what happened. I know she won't because she still is a nice person. I don't want to say what really happened because then she'll be completely embarrassed and hate me even more. It really upset her too, she was crying after school when walking to her home. She didn't realize I was watching I guess.

What do you think? This is a very difficult operation and certainly an Israeli strike against Iran wont destroy 100% the countrys ability to create Nuclear weapons.Suprisingly Obamas administration is negative for such an operation although i believe if Israel Strikes USA will cover Netaniahou(sp?).You can see here clearly that US doesnt want a third front to open in times were Irans neutrality is crucial for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

But the time is running and experts believe that Iran could create nuclear weapons in the next few years. It is now or never...

    LOL @ Irony

Iraqi family embraces life with old enemy

I thought this ironic, a bit tragic and altogether inconducive to future opinion of refugees in the future.

Basically, Iraqi family is accidentally attacked by Australian soldier when they were mistook for enemy fighters. Australian government later grants them entry into Australia for specialist medical treatment. The Al-Saadi family is grateful and "professes gratitute" (as described by them) for the lifestyle they have.

Despite the injuries they've suffered in war (accidentally, and not intentionally), they've decided to sue the same government which allowed into the country in the first place.

I can understand the grievance they have with their injuries. But it was an accident, not intentional and were specifically given specialist treatment by the Australian government (for injuries incurred) and subsequently granted permanent residency. Furthermore, Australian government policies regarding refugee welfare benefits are extremely generous (they get more welfare money from the government than Australian pensioners).

Are they entitled to sue, or are they being ungrateful?

    From Yahoo news

This must be the most heartbreaking thing I have read since the James Bulger case.

I would love to know the thoughts of the evil kids parents on this ****ing disgraceful attack.

What should be done with the kids? Poor girl must be wondering why she is working so hard to stay alive in such an evil world. And the poor parents.....

What would your "nine circles of hell" be like, what sinners and who would be in each circle, and what would the punishment be for each?

PS- Do not say nothing because you don't believe in hell, have fun with it.
PPS- Heres a fun little site where you can answer these questions and find out what circle of hell your going to http://www.4degreez.com/misc/dante-inferno-test.mv . I got the following
Level Who are sent there? Score
    Purgatory High
    Level 1 High
    Level 2 Moderate
    Level 3 Moderate
    Level 4 Very Low
    Level 5 High
    Level 6 Very Low
    Level 7 Moderate
    Level 8 Moderate
    Level 9 Low

    Fifth Level of Hell

The river Styx runs through this level of Hell, and in it are punished the wrathful and the gloomy. The former are forever lashing out at each other in anger, furious and naked, tearing each other piecemeal with their teeth. The latter are gurgling in the black mud, slothful and sullen, withdrawn from the world. Their lamentations bubble to the surface as they try to repeat a doleful hymn, though with unbroken words they cannot say it. Because you lived a cruel, vindictive and hateful life, you meet your fate in the Styx.

    Oh good for me.

    not bad eh?
