Okay, you want a thread randomizer or shuffle so as to not skim through a list of new threads? Well, it does sound fun, and it shouldn't be too hard to set up. But really, it's not a neccesity. And I personally believe that the What's New? should suffice. In the mean time, go here and search to see if you find some sort of add-on that can accomplish this (I'll give it a look myself too)
Hmm, I believe that something like this is possible, yes. However, can't you just press the What's New? Button? I mean, it lists all the threads that were updated since you last logged in.
