It's ok. Throughout my gaming career, I've played with a 'handicap' in any situation. I get through it perfectly fine, and I'm pretty sure this'll turn out ok. The side-step function will probably be my ace-in-the-hole to make up for his slowness or watever he lacks thereof. As for the lag, I never noticed...Under wat circumstance does it come?
There are desperate people in the world <_< But it mite not b all that bad. One of my friends got Brawl from Japan and started playing. He said the extra cash is worth the extra time... Then again, it mite b better to wait.

Although I thought they were both pretty easy on proud and expert, I'm going to Kingdom Hearts. Mainly cuz the attacks are more "freeflowing" and less chained combos which made a big difference in KH2.
