Mega Man X7.
Strange. A week ago or so I was wondering what happened to you. Glad you're still alive. Also...I'm not sure if you mean Friendly_Heartless instead of Missing_Heartless. Because she's still around. @Maka Albarn is what she goes by now. Assuming that's who you're looking for. And...Alexandria sounds familiar but if I knew her/him/it(?) then...maybe that person isn't around anymore. I think...Skittles went by that name at one point? Anyone help me out here? I got the tag and felt special I was mentioned. But then saw it was because I was specifically asked for. BETTER THAN YOU AT LEAST. SUCK IT.
An old video but just needed to post this here because it's pretty interesting. It also confirms that our samurai guy is, in fact, Ace and not just someone who looks a lot like Ace...because that's totally something Square could have done.
Seems like Noctis will be making it into the game. After XV's release of course. Also, Kotaku's got a hand-on with this game. Those joysticks on the arcade machines aren't actually joysticks(as in, they don't move around). The center crystal button is used for summons and the arcade has a touch screen for quick customization to the characters before battle. Unfortunately, HP attacks are limited to just one that you can equip at a time. Here's hoping Machina and Rem make it into the roster considering they're the most likely candidates for Type-0(unless Ace is used as the sole representative).
Batman has a robot voice. But it's more intimidating than Bale's raspy "I'M BATMAN GUABABURGHLEBBLE". This movie better end with a brofist between Supes and Bats. Still worried that Superman's character will be ruined for the sake of the Batman fanboys(and girls).
Big gunswords
Counterexample: Type-0 HD was specifically not ported to the Vita because...well because of obvious reasons. (And it's amusing that there are people out there who are still complaining about it.) I'm not sure I'm fond of the HUD though. Too much on the screen. Hopefully that stuff can be toggled...or it'll be less cluttered in the final version(or at least for the PS4).
Ramza confirmed? Looks like @Boy Wonder will be excited to see this. New theme is interesting. Really hoping some Type-0 characters show up. The most logical choices being Machina, Rem, and Ace. Maybe we'll even get Noctis. DLC Noctis? I can't imagine Square passing up the chance to give us some more Noctis. Maybe his EX Mode(if that's sticking around) will involve running over everybody with the car. Or having Gladio flex(doing infinite damage to everybody). Glad a PS4 version is confirmed though!
I broke your mom's sound barrier.
Unfortunately for this thread, being resurrected does not make you a zombie. To be a zombie you need to be undead.
60FPS isn't really needed and some could argue neither is 1080p for uploading LPs of console games. Most don't hit either benchmark(mainly 60FPS). If you're doing PC gaming, then go ahead. PC master race. And an hour might be pushing to be a little too long. Unless you're very entertaining, nobody's going to want to stick through it. Seriously. Also, learn as much as you can about the game you're going to play or at least cut out any aimless wandering or parts where you're stuck for too long because nobody likes an LP where the entire episode they're screaming at their screen saying "IT'S RIGHT THERE YOU IDIOT". And also, audio levels as Hayabusa said. If the game audio's too loud, why are you speaking at all? If your audio is too loud, why don't you just mute the game if you don't plan on letting anyone hear it? Oh and...beware of copyright laws(is that it?) when it comes to some songs that appear in games. If you're uploading to youtube(and you probably are) sometimes all it takes is one small section of music to get your audio muted. Avoid dick jokes. That's so 2010.
Actually, ew seems to be a bit too tame of a response.
Catchy song. Sounds like their bassist might be better than the previous. Only saying that because it sounds a bit more prominent than their previous albums. Hm...this new song doesn't sound "huge" though. The guitars aren't filling the soundspace very well. I guess that just means their production is dated...or progressive metal has spoiled me so much. Dat album art. Best looking one yet.
That's Agito. ...And the manga too. Never heard anything about the next game being a prequel but that'd make sense...
Spoiler Unless Type-Next(probably to be renamed Type-1...maybe) retcons the original ending...yeah, it's the official one. Alternate ending is a "what-if?" scenario which makes it doubly depressing. I still find it strange that the sequel is focusing on Ace rather than Machina and Rem. They survived. Machina's cape for best Final Fantasy.
Work on a sequel to Type-0 apparently began after development for Type-0 finished. Spoiler: images City in the background is Hong Kong but it being there is just because the showing took place there. Source More images at Gematsu. For anyone who looked at the Type-0 thread, you knew this was coming. Though there's next to nothing confirmed yet. "Type-Next" feels like a placeholder title. Regardless of what happens, I just want to be the one who makes this thread.
Can't wait to rub my face all over the golden case of my collector's edition. And lick the case. And be the case.
It looks like the demo might allow you to summon Ramuh. It was already confirmed in an interview that there would be a summon in the demo but up until now we didn't know which one. Old man Ramuh confirmed for next-gen beards? Source

As a game, both are pretty fun(I preferred GH's layout since I started with that)...but I thought the novelty wore off pretty quick because I really didn't like a lot of the songs and with either game you had to play to unlock more...so you'd be forced to play songs you didn't like to play ones you'd like. Still, when you got into the grove of things, they both were pretty fun and could introduce you to some stuff you hadn't heard before. But coming from a guitarist's standpoint...both are awful and are absolutely nothing like playing guitar or bass. =p As for drums, it's sort of similar to a super basic electric drum kit.
