I ask because I initially resist that split model popularized by games like Pokemon, but if they're going to take advantage of the opportunity to split and make two games with dramatic differences, then I can see that as a justification. I do think it's absolutely done to sell the game twice, but if each one is worth it's own purchase and has distinct experiences then I think it's totally fine.
well that sucks but thank goodness they didn't rush out a poorly designed mega just for the sake of it I still want it to be designed like a 20th century aviator. make it's red lenses reminiscent of aviator goggles and give it one of those hats. and a scarf. lol
since Fire Emblem came up in here I've been really interested in it again. i kind of want to get awakening asap. and then looking into If has me somewhat excited for that as well. what do people who actually know stuff about FE think about it being split into two games? fantasy themes are really not my thing at all but something about FE seems so unique and appealing that it doesn't repel me
to be the one born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
only if this is optional bc i dont like this they can only cram so much into the bottom screen i'd like them to redo the play nav from oras. rethink that stuff don't just copy/paste it from xy jeez. and amie needs to be renamed
i still need to get/play this. its so dang expensive im sitting here rewatching Char's Counterattack and thinking about how much the animation reminds me of Akira turns out they were both released in '88 and there's a little staff overlap
just gimme Z. do it. do it. of each generation that's had a third installment named after some arbitrary color or gem, this is the only one where there is an inherent triad that should be capitalized on. X,Y,Z. make it happen. what do you mean specifically
all time best character
this is really super cool even if i dont like evangelion
ive not seen any of it it breaks my heart to see Bruce Timm work in 3d, so i've avoided it. which is not to say that it's a bad show, just not something I've warmed up to.
interesting
i doubt they cancelled a show because "girls were watching" and mlp isn't exactly held in high regard by anybody outside the fanbase green lantern was literally cancelled because the toys weren't selling.
i'm trying to remember if i like cowboy bebop aesthetically it's what I'm all about, but beyond that i dont know
I mean I sympathize with people who want their female characters to be represented better outside of the films, but from a purely marketing standpoint, you have to realize that whoever holds the licensing to produce the toys is going to make more of what will sell, so of course Iron Mans and Captain Americas are going to be more prominent on the shelves when you consider that the primary demographic they're appealing to is little boys. If there's zero Black Widow stuff, then yeah that's a real problem, but I haven't been down a toy aisle in a long time so I wouldn't know.
considering I've seen Twilight, I feel obligated to say Twilight that or Attack of the Clones or Batman & Robin there's so many to choose from
I don't know if "cheapens the message" is the appropriate phrase to use, but it definitely cheapens the drama in the scene when returning to the film. But that's standard superhero comicbook stuff. kill a guy. bring him back immediately. though Shield's a pretty bad show and not hard to ignore so it's not a huge injustice
id like to know after ive seen it. no spoilers for this guy.
