I will also include in an angry letter something that should disprove a common argument in this.
Which would be that I have actually gone to fast food places such as McDonalds and Wendys and have recieved almost exact replicas of the advertised product such as a big mac or a baconator?
But I have never gone to Burger King and gotten a meal that looked as it did in the comercials. Even the apple fries. Mine were brown and not nearly as crunchy or firm as they suggested. They were also relatively smaller.
I will pose the question;"Why false advertise?" When you see a burger being advertised on the television looking perfect, when you go out to get the damn thing you probably don't actually expect it to be flawless, do you? So why purposely put an image out there and lie to the public when either way your costumers will probably come and buy from you.


The Whoppers I have been served in the past have for the most part been pretty decent looking; I wouldn't be disgusted if I saw the majority of them on posters or on the TV. If I was hungry and I saw the actual image of the Whopper, I would still be tempted to buy it.
So what would be the point in lying to us? Even people around the world know what the Whopper really looks and tastes like. It's utterly pointless, greedy and misleading and I will not tolerate it any longer.
I will ban together with others who feel the same, petition, protest, whatever I can to assure that fast food companies such as Burger King either step up to the plate and serve what they advertise, or get off the field.
