You message them on Skype more.

But for real, just tell them they're obnoxious. No one wants to be obnoxious. Just be polite and apologize if you feel like the whole thing is souring.

In short, call a spade a spade

Say to them "You aren't being the person Mr. Rogers thought you should be."

Yeah, I agree, telling them straight up they're being kind of obnoxious would get to the point of it. If that's not something that'd work depending on the situation, I'd also just say try to keep interactions with them as brief as possible so you don't have to deal with them anymore than you have to.

Unfortunately, the obnoxious person is my direct supervisor, so 'ignoring' isn't an option.

Sometimes I feel like I could write a book. If I weren't writing two of them at the moment, I would. Something like '$%!& Customers Say'. Except I think that exists somewhere on the internet.

'Is really condescending, pushes her work off on me, has an ego the size of texas' kind of obnoxious.

the most logical and healthy option is to hold it all in and let it out in short, uncontrollable fits or rage
    break some stuff
    throw some more stuff
    that kind of thing

    Same.
I always have this inane notion that I'm going to bothering someone. Also hi, introvert. It's exhausting to talk to people for extended amounts of time.

Y'know, I'm... not exactly sure if she has the power to fire me? She's my direct supervisor, but she's not the person in charge of the whole office.
The guy in charge of the whole office is super nice, but he's also... a little bit oblivious? So I'm not actually sure how aware he is of her bullshit.
(This stuff isn't just me, either. The other new girl, who's only been there a few months longer than I have, is aware of the annoyances of the supervisor as well.)
