Help Sluggish Site

Earlier today, the site was being very sluggish, and now it's happening again a little. Additionally, it had its moments yesterday as well, but they weren't as bad. However, it seems this has been a generally frequent thing so far this year, as a while ago (like a couple or few weeks ago), it was the same thing.

@Misty: Has KH-Vids' host been having problems lately or are these just hiccups that happen to be happening frequently lately?

 

I don't appear to be getting e-mail notifications, either.

 

This has been going on for a few days and I can't find any discernible cause, nor do I have much of any power over the server. I have been researching but there's not a lot I can do.

 

I've gone though some error logs and found a few things; I forwarded the info to Tienewman, that's about as much as I can do. Will keep this thread updated with any developments.

Sluggishness seems to be gone for now, and, actually, probably since around 12:30 AM (PST), and e-mail notifications resumed working around that time as well.

 

I would think that there isn't really too many people doing anything on the site, but hey, that's just me. I usually hang around the Roleplaying Arena, and mostly the RPs I do are a bit slow.

Anyway, could be just me, or could be the system itself. After all, it can get boring on certain occasions.
