Karina stood in front of the ink splotch with Glen. He reluctantly struggled out a complement however Karina just rolled her eyes. She figured he didn't mean it, but it was better than insults. Karina then heard Glen yelling bloody murder on her. "Chill Beuce. I am not going to murder him, just wanted to show him that I found something and he would believe me. Now then back to this clue. It still might be a trap, how many of us have escaped or survived when the apprentices shouldnt have let us live? With that said it doesn't mean it is. I intend to find out, I don't care the consequences." Karina spoke with cold calculated control over her thoughts and emotions. She now cane off as cold and emotionless but it was better than angry all the time. "No one has to follow me though, I just first need to figure out what this means." Karina pondered staring at the splotch.

Raisor opened his eyes and looked around. He had fallen asleep after exiting the house, and wasn't sure what was going on. He knew they were looking for someone, and should be a little ashamed that he had slept, but he felt so much better after that little rest of his. He got up and wondered where to go now. More than likely the others had found something by this time, but he didn't know where everyone was.

"Oh wonderful, like I really need to get lost now of all times." Sighing, he figured it'd be best to go back to the house that he came from.

Luckily he remembered the directions he took, and walked in through the door.
"Hello, is anyone still here?" He hoped for a reply, since he really didn't feel like being lost at this moment.

There was nothing of importance in the attic, which gave the adolescent D'daear little to do as he took casual steps around the room, letting his eyes wander about. This had been the spot where they had met Princess Minnie. It was here when they spoke to her about the mouse they had been looking for, thus revealing the person's identity: Mickey Mouse. She had gone off about how she had been looking for him, and how Disney Town was hosting a festival. Huey, Dewey, and Louie had been with them before they had decided to run off into the library for unknown reasons. However, he had distinctively remembered hearing them say something about getting out of sight because their past selves were supposed to be on a summer trip. The whole conversation with Princess Minnie had ended with a person by the name of Horace escorting the Princess out of the premises, leaving the entire group with little to go on. All they had found out was: This house was Mickey's, he was good friends with Princess Minnie, he had been absent from the town for weeks, and somehow despite his absence they had followed the Mouse here. It was because of the lack of proper clues and info that everyone had dispersed; although most of them had probably other agendas that compelled them to venture outside the house. For brief second his eyes gazed at the floor while he pondered about his allies.

"I wonder how the others are doing...?" he questioned, physically showing his disinterest with a shrug only a few seconds after.

Why should he bother worrying about them, right? They were big boys and girls. Taking a step forward and then stopping, for no reason what so ever, he decided to summon the keyblade into hand. Eyes rested on the weapon as he extended the equipped hand forward in order to get a better look at it. It was the sweet memories keyblade. The design consists of a wooden cross-guard that perimeters the handle of the weapon. In a sense, it somewhat resembled a honey pot because the rain guard of the keyblade was yellow, like honey. The blade itself resembled a log or something, because the end of the key consists of a branch with a beehive being the teeth. Blue irises took note of everything, including the key chain that dangled below the extended arm. It was a bee. Sweet. Memories. Eyelids winced at the thought. This keyblade was supposed to be a symbol of good memories, not bad ones. All he could remember from the moment they encountered Aux were bad ones. Distaste for those recent experiences caused forearm muscles to tense as fingers tightened around the blades handle. Brows furrowed and jaw tensed, so much that he couldn't help to bare his teeth. He let out a faint growl while he brought the blade in closer, arm trembling with irritation. "All this thing has EVER done was bring me misfortune..." he murmured in disgust towards the blade. He remembered that day, where he recited those words like a fool... It was because of that foolish decision that changed his life; although he had his reasons. Anger towards this abomination of a weapon filled him, thinking everything to be unfair for the moment. Thinking back to those simpler times as a child, he realized that it truly WAS the keyblades fault. If it wasn't for the weapons existence, everything would have been fine! Arm rippled with muscles as he reached his peek in frustration. Without thinking, he gripped the handle with his other hand, and began pounding the keyblade against the attic's floor with the intention of breaking the sword; although that was impossible. He swung away, venting that anger with everything he had. Splinters flew everywhere, as the blade tore into the floor. Seconds passed until he realized it just was not going to happen. "AaaaaAAAAAAHH!!!" he screamed, throwing the sword onto the floor, and then giving it a good kick which sent it skidding towards the wall with a loud smack.

Nostrils flared in violent breathing as he glared at the weapon with teary eyes while jaw remained tense. The keyblade laid there next to the wall, not a single scratch on it; although that couldn't be said for the wooden floor. Senses were coming back to him, and he realized he needed to take minute to just ease up. Placing both hands into his hair, he thought it best to take a breather. D'daear let his neck hang back while hands pillowed the back of his head. Frustration still welled inside him. A groan escaped him as he just stood there, glaring a hole into the ceiling. He could feel it, that urge to just cry. He began to exhale and inhale from his mouth while a foot began to tap at the floor continuously. All this time he had been kept distracted, allowing him to cope with this shift awareness. It was what kept his upbeat attitude going all this time. Now that all of it had finally sunk in, Adjusting to this reality was not going to be easy for him. He was indoctrinated all his life, and now to find out that all that knowledge was fake... He was living in a whole other world that he was not prepared for. He was still in the middle of calming down before he heard a voice emanating from the entrance of the house. Head tilted to the attics staircase.

A part of him wanted to respond, but not like this. Not in the state he was in. If he spoke now, his voice would probably crack. Deciding not to say anything, he left it to Hikaru, or Merlin to respond while he tried to find his center.

Luna had entered a clothing shop. She had talked to one of the attendants and asked them for some help picking out new clothes. "I appreciate the help ma'am!" Luna smiled before she entered the changing room. After 5 or 10 minutes, she walked out of the changing room with her new clothes on. "What do you think?" Luna looked toward the attendant who had chose the clothing. Her face lit up as she smiled. "It looks cute on you!" Luna blushed a little at the compliment. "Thank you! How much is it gonna be?" Luna took out some munny she had in her pocket and the attendant had stopped her. "It's on the house!" Luna widened her eyes a little. "No, allow me to pay for these lovely clothes!" The attendant stopped her once more. "Your payment for me is just a smile on your face. You have been through terrible times haven't you dear?" Luna gasped a little as she hesitated to give a response. She nodded her head and looked down at the ground. "Then consider this as a gift from me to you. I feel as though you're more than who I think you are. As if you're fated for something greater, a future with much grace and wisdom. Not to mention much happiness." Luna listened as the attendant spoke. She smiled and had thanked her once more as she left the store and out into the town. "A future filled with grace, wisdom, and happiness huh?" Luna looked up at the sky and thought about past events before her journey started and past events after her journey started. "The only future I see is one with deceit and lies" Luna sighed as she started walking.
A moment later she had come across a small house. She walked inside and saw a bookshelf and took a look behind and saw an ink splotch. She continued to go up to the next floor and made her way to the attic. She saw Hikaru, Raisor, Aden, and Ddaear. Luna then took notice of D'daear looking unwell. "D'daear! Are you okay?" Luna ran up to him with a worried expression on her face. She stopped as she saw the scratched and splinted floor around him as well as his keyblade againist the wall. "What happened!? Are you hurt!?"

Blue eyes widened immediately upon hearing his name. Assuming that was the voice that had called out Hello prior, instinctively he turned towards the attic's staircase where the voice that had called his name emanated from. However, just as the person came within peripheral view, he quickly stopped himself and turned around as to avoid eye contact. He did not want ANYONE to see him like this, let alone to see him teary eyed. "Tch-" he uttered as hands wiped away any tear residue. With his back still facing the person, he sniffled before letting out a wavering sigh. "Hey Luna...Yeah I'm fine. Don't mind me, I'm just letting off some steam. Never really gave myself the time to recuperate from the battle back at Central Haven, ya know? Heh." he replied, turning his head a little as to give Luna a profile view of his face. The boy gave a weak smile as he tried to play the facade off, eyes falling to the wooden floor. Shame befell him as he realized what he had done to the property, which removed the already weak smile that was his lips. D'daear looked on somber, not even trying to make eye contact with Luna's presence from the corner of eye sockets. Of course, being the self aware individual he was, he immediately figured that his expression would give away the deception. Quickly, he played off the little details that came to mind in order to remove suspicion. He had noticed she was wearing a different outfit compared to the one back at beast's cast- Oooh... Jaw tensed, but he remained focused.

"I see you got yourself a new outfit. It looks nice on you." he said, trying to make small talk as to lure Luna away from worry. "Have you checked up with Hikaru or Merlin? They found a ink splotch in the house. It could mean something...in regards to Mickey's whereabouts..."

Now that D'daear mentioned it, something like what he described when talking about the cornerstone of light pricked a sense of familiarity in Aden's heart, but he was having trouble bringing exactly how he remembered it to mind. He took the scrapbook D'daear handed him, accidentally brushing hands with the Keywielder, then absently flipped through the book. Unsurprisingly, it was more pictures of Mickey and Minnie together. "That's weird... you'd think they would be concerned for Mickey at this point..." D'daear murmured in response to Aden's comment about the townsfolk.

"Well, some of them did wonder where he'd been," Aden remarked, setting the scrapbook down on a table. "But come to think of it, everyone was rather relaxed about the situation."

"Hey guys!... I uhh, think I found something!"

Aden whirled at the sound of Hikaru's voice. Curious--and a bit apprehensive--Aden followed Hikaru's voice until he found himself staring at a few splotches of ink on the wall in what looked like a pattern or insignia. "...You know, if you look at it a certain way, he mused, "it almost looks like a silhouette of Mickey or Minnie's head." Only when Glen (who had also responded to Hikaru's call) swore and kicked at a book did Aden make the connection between the ink on the wall and the ink trail Mickey had left behind in Yen Sid's tower.

Caught up in his thoughts, wondering about Mickey and Yen Sid and what the ink might mean, he missed Steel's outburst, Karina's sudden appearance and disappearance, and the comings and goings of a few other Keywielders. But something was definitely niggling at his memory with regards to the ink, and he was determined to get to its source. Subconsciously he shivered from the chill of the house.

    ...Chill...

    "That's it!"
Aden declared to the...now nearly empty room.

    "...Huh? I could have sworn..."

He looked around, wondering where everyone had gone, then spotted that Hikaru was still in the room. "While I was looking around the town for Mickey, I saw a piece of graffiti that looks like it was made with the same ink as this!" he explained, pointing to the symbol on the wall. "It was just outside of the ice cream shop! It was a pair of crossed swords, though, rather than this shape. I think they might be connected."

Everyone had been doing their own little thing to kill time within this Disney Town. Well, more so look for clues on where their great mouse culprit was as opposed to actually just straight up killing time. However, Stratos was one of those who had absolutely no idea what to look for. No one around seemed to actually know where this Mickey person was, and he was doubtful clues were going to just pop out of nowhere and be like "hey, this is where Mickey is." And so instead he decided to just see what this world had to offer him. He did all sorts of odds and ends within the town. Playing some weird sort of volley ball game...that involved giant fruit and smacking them with his keyblade. Then there was some sort of weird musical rhythm game and instead of being like some sort of DDR thing, he was just making giant stacks of ice cream scoops. And then there was the event that had kept him the busiest.

Having gotten himself involved in some sort of racing event, he didn't really have a vehicle or anything, but they were totally fine with him racing on his keyglider. Interesting enough. Then there was his competition. None of them looked human in the slightest. And by human he meant not even the anthropomorphic kind that seemed to be all that existed within this world. No. These creatures seemed to actually more so resemble heartless, and he was a bit wary of them. However, that was his competition and they didn't seem particularly violent, nor did anyone seem to mind them at all. Whatever. Getting on his keyglider, he took off once the race had started and tried his best to get first.

However, tried was as good as it was getting for him. On one of the turns, he managed to skid across the ground on his hover board like keyglider, only to get flung off of it and into one of the other contestants. The other contestant then just sort of hit him with some sort of spinning attack and it launched him out of the racing track. He then proceeded to fly across Disney Town and realized that if he didn't do something soon he was going to hit the ground pretty hard. He first hit cast aero around himself, giving a wind barrier around himself to cushion the fall. However, this was not good enough. He needed to make this fall more flashy than it needed to be. He swiftly cast fire at the ground before impact, propelling himself through the air and keeping himself afloat for a bit longer. He proceeded to do this once more, until he realized that he had now started spinning and couldn't really launch himself away from the ground properly anymore.

He continued to fly until he finally hit the ground, with the air barrier taking the brunt of the impact. As he was acting like a skipping stone across the ground, he then cast blizzard on the ground, creating a slippery path, and started sliding across the ground rather than bouncing. It was then, as he got towards the end of this bouncing period, that he had accidently cast mine square around himself, and for whatever reason, it exploded and launched him further back into the air. Sailing through it once more, he finally landed with the air barrier popping as he landed, only to finally cast cure on himself and heal the injuries he just sustained from that flight. Looking up he saw the familiar faces of Beuce, Karina, Glen, and Steel (and maybe Kaida, I dunno.) Picking himself up and brushing off his clothes, he acted as if nothing had just happened and said, "so, what's the group up to now? You guys find any clues about Mickey's location?"

Kel had continued walking the way he was going, successfully taking his mind off of the painful Nequa related memories. His physical health was already at risk when ever she was involved, leaving his mental health one of the few things that were unharmed. Last thing that he needed was to lose that as well. There were only a limited amount of things that he was willing to lose whenever she was involved. It was at that moment that he realized that he was slowly drifting back to the topic that he was trying to avoid so once more, he shook the thoughts out of his mind.

He'd assumed that the path that he was walking on would lead him back to the main house and for the most part he was right. However if not for the odd turns that he'd taken while he was lost in thought he would actually be closer to the house now, but now he was back near the at of Disney Town. He hadn't quite gone in a circle just yet, but he was close to doing so, that much was for certain. He noticed this and sighed. "Well, maybe there will be something that I missed." His wishful thinking had accomplished nothing since he'd pretty much found nothing different, even the ink graffiti was exactly the same. At least that's what it looked like to him at first.

At this point Kel had seated himself under the ink, not at all worried or concerned with the possibility that some ink might drop on his head. Despite not being worried, he still looked up at the ink splotch above him and caught a glimpse of something peculiar. The ink seemed to ripple slightly with no help form any outside force or anything like that. Intrigued by this, Kel got up on his feet and took another, more closer, look at the two fencing swords.

Signing out what she was trying to say to Beuce clearly did not go well. But at least she knew his name now. And she was surprised that she managed to follow what he was saying despite the confusion. Kaida did not know who Eon was, but hearing about Etrius not making it out of there hurt her. But at least Hikaru made it out of there okay and by the sound of it, Seiza was alright as well. That little part surprised her, but there was always the chance Beuce didn't even know who Seiza was and wouldn't know of his fate. She hoped though that he was alright.

After Beuce had run off she knew Max wanted to get out of there anyway, so she just ran after Beuce, not really sure what Cal was going to choose. She was rather behind in catching up with them, since she was still exhausted from fighting all of those guards, but when she finally got there she was catching her breath as she saw everyone staring at the hat graffiti on the wall, unsure if any of them were even aware of her presence yet, Kaida simply stated the obvious, "That is a painting of a hat." she stared at them all for a moment with her finger still up from pointing at the hat. Her hands went to her sides, palms up to the sky as she spoke, "What are you guys art appreciators now? Or is there something I..." Kaida paused before continuing, "Hello, I'm alive, but my name is Kaida if any of you pull a sarcastic Hi Alive, I'm Beuce sort of thing, could someone fill me in on what's going on?"

"Strange Markings..." She thought to herself. If they were really as strange as they sounded, they must have been important to some extent. She walked around aimlessly, until she saw Kaida and some others. "Wow this is pretty." She said, running her hands on the painting of a hat. "Hello again." She smiled nervously.

"Hi, Alive, I'm Beuce. No, that's not right... I'm Base, and you're Kaida. Sorry, I'm just coming in on this one myself. I've been walking in a sort of dream state lately... I'm not even quite sure where I am right now." Base blinked a bit and shook out of his dreamy state. "Woa... trippy... where was I? Where am I? What in the world is THAT thing?!" He indicated towards the ink splatters everyone was gawking at.

"Okay, not to be a bother, but these episodes of mine are really starting to become a both-" Base began to pace around, but tripped on Kaida's footwear. "Well, now I'm hurt. Wonderful."

Hikaru hesitated at the sight of the ears and the notion of actually touching the mystic marking. He had heard people talking outside that there were in fact more markings around town and knew they were all connected. The image was the same color as the ink in the mysterious tower and if the properties were anything related to Yen sid, this potent magic would require more investigation.

"What's that Merlin?" Wart asked upon entering into the house.
"Well, lad I'm afraid I don't know. This foreign kind of magic is- JUMPIN JEHOSAPHAT BOY, WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?!" Merlin shrieked.
"Well, mister goofy found an emblem on the wall, and the next thing we knew,a bright light changed everything... Where are we?" Wart looked around to the most cartoonish setting and was amazed at everything. "And what are they doing?"
Merlin panicked and tried to push Wart out of the house. "Oh nothing boy, nothing at all. We'll get you back home in no time!" Trying to shoo him out of the house, he left the rest of the wielders to their business so he could handle the situation.

Hikaru turned back to the Mickey eared image and gazed closer at it as it began to glow, slowly calling to him. Reaching his hand, his fingers twitched to touch the marking. Te light grow stronger, widening his eyes to the point where he vanished from the room.

    ----------------------------------

    "OOF!"
From the marking on a barn at the wharf, Hikaru flew out in a flash of light and hit the ground.
He picked himself up and dusted himself off before noticing his clothes were... different. Everything looked simpler and was actually in black and white! The room he was once in, was gone, and he was now at what appeared to be the side of the docks.
"Is this the same town?" he thought out loud. He examined himself to see that he too was different. His armor had no special markings or color. It was now just bland armor that looked like he was severely downgraded. He had no mirror, but something told him he didn't want to see how his face looked either.

"Wonder if everyone else is okay." He noticed that even his voice sounded like a lower quality...

Wondering what was going on with everyone, Raisor walked into the house to see if anything new had developed. At that moment, he heard Merlin cry his head out and suddenly appeared in the hallway, pushing a young man out of the house. Completely confused about what just happened, Raisor lifted his hand upward, about to ask a question. Then he paused and stopped himself before doing so, just taking it as it was and figuring it was best not to confuse himself even more. He walked into a room where he noticed Hikaru reaching his hands out to a small picture on the wall. Granted, it was probably more accurate to call it a marking, since it was just on the wall itself, but that was beside the point.

"Uh, Hikaru? Is it such a good idea to go touching markings randomly on the wall?" Raisor wasn't sure why, but he wasn't too sure about the idea.

At that point, a bright light started to shine from the symbol on the wall, and Raisor covered his eyes. Opening his eyes, he noticed Hikaru was gone from the room.

"I knew it," Raisor sighed heavily.

Given current events, he figured they were headed to more worlds again, and that was their door. Raisor started to take a step forward to look at the symbol up close, but ended up tripping over his own foot. How he managed he, he never wanted to know, but it happened and he fell forward. His face fell toward the symbol and he saw another bright light appearing in front of him. One second he was surrounded by light, the next, he was gone from the room.

    _________________________________________________________________________________

"Gah!" Raisor screamed in pain as his head hit the ground and he bit his tongue.

He covered his mouth to quite his scream end looked around. At that moment it dawned on him that he was not in Kansas; or rather, the last Kansas he was in. Raisor had teleported to a new world. He was now in the middle of a large courtyard in the middle of a larger building. Along with that, he also noticed other people practicing with swords. He wasn't sure how they didn't notice him, but now wasn't the time to think about that. Taking the chance to take cover before drawing attention to himself, he ran to the nearest wall and slunk into a shadow, making himself as inconspicuous as he could at the moment. Taking a guess that others would appear in the same spot he did, Raisor didn't want to disappear just yet, in the case others did follow him.

Aden jumped when Merlin shouted at the boy who had suddenly appeared--Wart? That must have been the most unfortunate name he'd ever heard. He felt a little bad for him. But when the boy began to describe how he'd arrived and when Aden thought a little aside from that, he realized that Wart wasn't from this world (perhaps belatedly, as he was human and everyone else in this world, well, wasn't), and that one of the ink markings had brought him here.

Aden turned to make a comment to Hikaru, only to see the Keywielder touch the ink on the wall, and vanish in a bright light. "Hey, wait!" Aden cried, reaching after Hikaru. "We don't know what kind of world we're heading into--!"

Aden flew forward, just barely flinging his hands out to shield his eyes from the bright light. When the light faded, he found himself on the ground in a world devoid of color.

"What...?" he murmured. He suddenly stopped talking when he heard the sound of his voice, though. It almost sounded far away, or echoed, or as if he had something over his ears. The effect was jarring. Looking around, Aden realized he was at some sort of dock, but the vessels around him looked unfamiliar and strangely-styled. It took him only a moment more to locate Hikaru, who's armor looked more simplified and was likewise colorless. He stifled a yelp when he saw Hikaru's face though, looking almost as if someone had drawn it on as a caricature. He realized with a shiver that he probably looked similar.

"...I don't suppose you have any idea where we are?" Aden asked Hikaru, still uncomfortable with the sound of his voice.

After both staring and causing the ink to ripple, Kel noticed that other the the rippling effect, it seemed that there was some depth to the ink plastered on the wall. Weird. The blue haired wielder gave it some thought and came to the conclusion that either A) He'd be reaching into whatever was on the other side of the wall before him. Which could lead to various things occurring. Or B) He'd just be reaching further into the ink and only end up with his hand being covered with ink. Either way, the only way he would figure out would be to stick his hand into the ink.

It was a good thing that his shirt had short sleeves, least he wouldn't have to worry about getting any ink on his clothing. Kel then took a step back form the wall and stuck his hand into the crossed fencing sword. He'd stuck his arm in up to his elbow before he felt something. Did he actually hit the bottom of whatever was in the ink. Kel then started to take his hand out of the ink, but was instead greeted by three tugs on his arm. The first tug did nothing more but to catch his attention. The second one had some force behind it and pulled Kel closer to the ink and the third one had enough force behind it that it pulled him through the ink splotch head first.

Kel had landed with a small thud in what appeared to be a some kind of courtyard. "The heck pulled me in here." He started, before looking around and taking not of his surroundings. He was standing in front of a giant building while he was surrounded by a bunch of people who were training. Some of them gave him nothing more than a quick glance, but aside from that, he didn't attract and real attention to himself. "More importantly, where the heck am I?" It definitely was't Disney town nor any other place that he's been to before. Right now though it might be in his best interest to move somewhere else so that he wouldn't attract any more attention him himself.

His blue eyes scanned around for anywhere that looked safe for him to hide at, but due to the open area of the courtyard, it was hard to find one. So, in an attempt to draw as little attention to himself as possible, Kel started to casually walk around. His plan was to use this as a way to explore more of the area and look for a place to vanish should the need arrived. All while attracting as little attention to himself as possible.

Karina stopped mid though to look at the group forming behind her. First Stratos just came flying out of the air then the girl that she hadn't seen since before the annoying battle with the heartless. The girl started getting after them for being art appreciators instead of doing something else. Karina just turned to her. "While you went off and did whatever the hell you where doing we where fighting and then ended up escaping to a tower where some old man with this exact hat was turned to stone. There was also ink everywhere!" Karina pointed to the ink, before she could finish her yelling she accidentally touched it and a bright light enveloped her. As it faded the spot Karina was previously in was empty, there was no sound of her shouting or anything.

"Most likely this ink! It might be a lead!" Drip, drip, drip. Water began to fall on Karina's head. This was when she first realized she was not on the back road surrounded by people she hated. Karina looked around, then up to see where the water was coming from. It seemed that there was a leak coming from the floor above. Upon further study she realized that she was in the Mysterious Tower. "I wonder if that old guy is still stone up there?" Karina pondered as she started to walk towards the stairs no waiting to see if anyone had followed her.

It was..beautiful. If Glen had known all he had to do to be rid of Karina was encourage her and then she'd vanish forever, he would have been the nicest guy ever. He turned to look at the others there. "Now, I know what you're thinking. We should go after her, we should find out what happened, right? And you're correct, we probably should. But...just think about it for a moment. If we turn around and go find Hikaru, we can tell him Karina got magicked away and we have no way of finding her. It was a bright, golden light, it doesn't look evil to me, so I'm sure she'll be fine" Glen said, doing his best to convince them to turn around and act like it had never happened.

However, if Karina was gone, his chances of getting revenge had lowered. He mentally weighed up his options. Either he could go after Karina, put up with her shit, and beat the everloving crap out of Vanitas...or he could claim her as dead, move on in life, and have both his chance of vengeance and Karina's shit vanish altogether. God, now that he put it like that, the decision was stupidly easy!

Wasting no more time, he turned around and touched the graffiti just as Karina had, and was immediately enveloped in light.

He found himself inside the tower again. It felt different somehow, a bit colder, gloomier...like the entire place was some kind of swamp, or there was wa- oh hey, what do you know, there was water everywhere, and it lead up the stairs. It was then that he saw Karina walking up the stairs. Not willing to call out to her in case she turned around and screamed bloody murder on him, the keyblade wielder quietly followed behind, ascending the staircase behind his ally.

"Déjà vu..." Base noted succinctly, scratching his chin and stepping through the familiar entrance of the Mysterious Tower. 'How many Homecomings can a guy have for a place that isn't really home?' He thought to himself. His feet were sitting in an ankle-deep pool of water that seemed to be flowing from the stairs in a trickling stream. Passing by, Base caught sight of Glen and smiled his lopsided grin.

"Water water, everywhere, and not a drop to drink, huh, Glen?" He walked calmly as each step made a miniscule, messy splash as his soles broke the surface tension coating the floor. "I bet you couldn't wait to get out of that last world, eh? We seemed to be stuck there forever... and yet... I can't recall going anywhere or being anywhere. I just sort of "appeared" in the right place at the right time. Something weird has been happening, and I'm not quite sure if it's just me or I'm just running under Auto-Pilot half the time, but sometimes I lose track of where I am. If I wonder off anywhere, if I do so at all, keep an eye on me, would you?"

Stratos had been idly sitting by as suddenly the blonde haired girl introduced herself as Aliv- er, Kaida. That was her name. It was then that another person, Base, had come along as well, looking to see what everyone was up to. Karina then went into both explaining to Kaida what they were doing all while chastising her for not being there to help them in the battle of a thousand heartless, which he could totally get. In the midst of her explanaition she ended up doing something that caused her to just vanish into thin air. What? Stratos was scratching his head at this, only for Glen to start saying something about how they should probably just not go after Karina, only for Stratos to give him an unamused look. While Glen was thinking about something, he also vanished in flash of light. Base also vanished after touching the wall, and Stratos was just basically wondering where they had all gone, but it was getting obvious how they had vanished. Picking himself up, he gave a quick salute to the girl and said, "hey there Kaida, name's Stratos. Pleasure to meet you. Now then, guess it's time to figure out what this does." He placed his palm against the mark only to see himself in a completely different area than before.

Just sort of appearing, Stratos was puzzled by his new surroundings, only to realize that it looked all too familiar. Almost like he had been here not too long ago. Ah well, probably a coincidence. As he tried to think on this, his thoughts were quickly interrupted by the feeling of water just dropping down on his head. As he looked up, he saw that water was leaking from the floor above and quickly used his counter rain measures in this scenario. Also known as...putting up his hood. Looking around, he didn't see Kaida or Beuce yet, but he did see the other three. Quickly following behind, he heard what Base was saying and said, "eh, don't let those kind of hazes bog you down too much. I find myself in those sometimes whenever I don't have an immediate objective to do."

Base sparked up at Stratos's statement. "You to, huh? Well, you I don't think I know either way. Unless... I do... you know, I really don't know anymore. Base. I have a full name, but no sense in giving it anymore. I'm Base to everyone anyway. And you, and where exactly did you join us?" Base extended his open palm to Stratos for a handshake and a light, friendly gaze. His journeys had made him more extroverted to be sure; he was even starting to feel like a veteran by this time.

He waited for a reply, and waited to say what he had to say next, "I joined up in Pachyderm Parade...well, I sort of more feel in, to be more precise. I do a lot of falling lately, and this is just one of the rare times I haven't just fallen into a new world. Then again, this isn't new. I used to live here. Yen Sid..." He recalled seeing Stratos at the tower when they'd found the wizard frozen. "Yen Sid is my teacher..." His mood shifted a bit to one less amused and light, but bounced back in due time. It just hurt to think he might never see his mentor right as he was ever again. "Sorry. I look up to him. He was definitely a better teacher to me than I've been to D'daear so far... that's for sure. Glen, remind me, when we're all back together, I have to make right on a promise?"
