I've started with Gimp and now I have a few questions.

How do u make a sig without it having a transparent background
and How do I make the picture smaller when you put it on the sig?
Also, are there any good sites for Renders?

I don't really do gimp, but transparent bg I'd guess make a layer and fill it?
    2nd, idk.

However, the third question; You can google, but I'd recommend planet render.net (something like that)

Have you registered? It's a bit glitched, but should work.

Well, I'm actually a expert with Gimp....

If you don't want a transparent background, make it with a white background

Use the scale tool, or find a smaller picture

Planetrenders, Photobucket, or some sites with the image rendered already.

I'm not getting Planet Render's either.

You may want to get familiar with the GIMP online help pages. It can sometimes be a bit hard to find what you're looking for though. There is a section on adding new brushes HERE though. Most of what you are looking for is towards the bottom (since I doubt you are looking to import brushes from other programs right now)
