Which Final Fantasy game would you want turned into an anime. And I don't mean an anime where there's writers making stuff up. An anime where they must follow the plot exactly as the game goes and no changes whatsoever, and no alternate endings. Same voice actors too.

If it were me, I'd have to pick between Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy VI, or Crises Core

Final Fantasy XII because it's already great and there are lots of battles that deserve to be shown cutscene style. Personally I'd prefer if they adapted the manga version but it's all hypothetical so I guess it doesn't matter.

 

Since I don't really want spoilers on that one, I'll have to wait till HD to find out what you mean by "circumstances"

 

XIII and Lightning Returns, but only if they make Lightning's butt and boobs bigger and add copious amounts of fanservice. Honestly just make it borderline hentai.

I didn't actually mind the voice acting, the script was probably more of the problem. Besides, why would you want to change Auron?

 

u can buy a subscription for only $3.99, but with 6 hrs of commercials between each episode. don't worry tho, each ad just has a small asking price of $0.99 to skip. And for another $35, Square will throw in additional premium episodes! What a steal

I don't play many FF games, never had. XIII-2 is the only one I've really played. So ... not that one.

 

Even tactics? I've heard that has a really good plot

 

Like I said, don't really play much FF. XIII-2 is the only game I've come close to beating. I was more of a Legend of the Dragoons kind of kid. Now if they made an anime for Legend of the Dragoons, I'd probably be disappointed because it would suck. I would like to see a remake. Tbh, I don't like anime adaptations of games anyway. Game adaptations of anime are alright, I suppose. To me, when they adapt anime from a game ... it's like making a movie of a book. It's theatrical but a lot of the good parts get taken out.

 

Why do you think I added that part of "not changing anything"? It would never happen, but it'd be nice if someone out there thought about making an anime of something and not making a single thing that was changed and just followed the story as it was. And I've actually seen some pretty decent drawings on deviantart of what LoD would look like as an anime.

 

Can we just remove the borderline? I'd like to see some Vanille action.
