    On each resume I paste pictures of my life. Coupled with the scented, colored paper it is printed on and the musical card that plays hard core music every time it is opened, I feel that my personality comes through just fine.

    Ditto. It is all soft skills and work experience as a volunteer. I try to dress it up some, and at least I have a couple of IT certifications, but my experience thus far is that I'm lucky if I get a callback a month.
