Thanks, your reply is really good, anyway I have a question about the passage I quoted here, since I am only tutoring I don't really have a strong, solid, grade system to add/deduct if my students don't do homework and sometimes it is nearly essential to let them get more practice, so do you have an idea or opinion for this?
Reply if you feel like it, thanks again!

Recently, I have been working as a tutor for kids(around grades 1-6 in English) and I need your help forum, I want you guys to tell me the things you wanted in a teacher, how you wanted to do your tests, which type of tests do you prefer, and what should be done in order for education to be entertaining (should I add activities, give less homework, etc.) Examples would be really appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!
P.S. I'm not really sure if this is in the right section so feel free to move this.

Technology is not the main problem here it is the people who use it.
Technology is not going too far, instead people are depending more and more on technology.
Even if we developed WMDs we should not worry about them, remember WE are the people who kill not the machines. As long as the world manages to stay in peace technology could progress as long as it wants.

I found this interesting and just wanted to share http://www.okcupid.com/tests/take?testid=4741219933576750506
    My result:
You are the Spiteful Loner, the personality type that is most likely to go on a shooting rampage. In high school, you were probably that kid who wore all black and who sat alone in a corner of the lunch room, drawing pictures of dead babies. You are a rational person and tend to hold emotions in very low-esteem; not only that, but you are also rather introverted, meaning you probably bury any emotions you feel deep inside yourself, like all of the bodies in your backyard. Combine these traits with your dislike of others and your brutality, and it seems that you would be quite likely to shoot innocent people in a rampage. Most likely, you also have low self-esteem. Hell, I get low self-esteem just looking at you. This is only yet one more incentive to go on a shooting rampage, because you wouldn't care if you died as a result. Granted, you probably haven't gone on a shooting rampage and probably never will, but all the motivations are there. All you need is for someone to push you over the edge, calling you names and belittling you. Like me. But don't shoot me. I have a 101 mile-long knife, you know. In conclusion, your personality is defective because you are too introverted, brutal, insecure, and rather unemotional. No wonder no one hangs around you, you morbid, cold-hearted freak!

    To Softly Stab

Gary Stue and Mary Sue were celebrating a normal Valentine's Day together. Gary Stue had cooked a disgusting dinner and they ate in my house by candlelight.

"My darling," Mary Sue said, stroking Gary Stue's eye, "I have something for you." She gave a box to Gary Stue. "It is but a shiny token of my pretty love."

Gary Stue opened the box. Inside was a scary goo! He gazed at it slowly. Then he gazed at Mary Sue slowly. "It's dead," Gary Stue said. "Come here and let me stab you."

Just then, a sad crone sprang out of hiding and cackled like a generic metaphor. "Your happiness will not last!" she said in a handsome voice and dropped a piece of paper onto the dinner table.

Mary Sue read it. "It's a page from a diary. It says...it says that you're my brother."

They stared at each other sharply as the crone cackled some more. Gary Stue's soul began to tremble. Then Mary Sue shrugged, pulled out a self, and hit the crone on her heart. She fell over dead.

"Problem solved!" Gary Stue said and kissed Mary Sue hardly. "This is an angry Valentine's Day!"

They quickly burned the diary page in the candle and never told another soul.

And then they shot each other all night long.
