i cant find a code for controlling roxas is his normal state

i hav a prob with the sephi and cloud code. i want cloud to be in donalds spot as a partner and sephi in goofys. but it always show a black screen with music playing...why?

also is there a way that u can play as goofy and able to use his abilities
